I used to consume apple cider vinegar directly from the bottle, but I found it challenging to tolerate its taste or the sensation of it going down. While I can’t personally attest to the specific health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, I can confirm that I’ve been taking a spoonful of it for several years. I was thrilled to discover that they’d created these gummies because it meant I wouldn’t have to swallow that harsh liquid anymore. The gummies didn’t have an excessive sourness or sweetness; they were pleasant to eat and easy to chew.

Pleasant apple gummies with a little kick
These gummies have a nice apple smell with some tangy notesânot really vinegary but there are some elements. They have a nice chew and flavor wise they have a pleasant apple taste with a little bite that hits the tongue after a while. My husband thought it was acid, but it seems more like a ginger kick. Considering that the flavor is McIntosh apple and ginger, that checks out. Itâs not unpleasant, but it was a little surprising and lingered on the tongue for a while. ACV is known to have a number of benefits targeting digestive health and metabolism, and while I canât attest to its effectiveness, I do appreciate that itâs gluten free, has no artificial colors, and contains no animal products. Itâs also made in the USA, so it has that going for it too. If you want to do something good for your gut health, this is a good optionâso much more enjoyable than sipping ACV out of the bottle!

these are a really effective way to boost digestion. I took these with me on vacation and they helped me prevent indigestion cramps. the taste is pretty strongly apple cider vinegar but there is a sweetness that cuts down on it so itâs like sour candy

Put in some effort and these will help
As with most ACV gummies, YOU need to put in some effort. I’ve tried many brads and have had varying degrees of success. Some work, some don’t work, some you need lots of effort on your side, others less effort. These are not some magic fix… they are an aid. When I put in the effort I saw some sliming down… I do feel like less hair fell out in the shower while I was taking these which would support their healthy hair claim.I like the taste. I wouldn’t have known these have ginger in them if it didn’t say that on the bottle. There is zero ginger taste in my opinion. I did like their version of “apple” flavoring. And there really wasn’t any bite from the vinegar. They were easy to chew and quite nice.

Gummies are easy to chew and swallow, taste pretty great. I’ve got no complaints. Hopefully these will help stay in Ketosis in the long run while I continue my low carb diet.

There is a very strong vinegar scent that hits you as soon as you open the jar. It is kind of a turn off when taking these gummies. They are not throw-away bad but I have had much better ones.

Nice Tasting Keto ACV Gummy
These Keto ACV gummies are nice tasting and are easy to chew and swallow. The strawberry flavor is there but not overpowering; but there is a definite taste of apple cider vinegar — although again, not overpowering. There is ginger listed as part of the ingredients, but I could not taste any ginger.The gummies have a nice consistency and have no side effects or aftertaste. I haven’t noticed that I am yet “able to leap tall buildings with a single bound” but since I generally have good energy levels I may be getting a subtle energy boost. I also haven’t dropped any weight yet — so that effect remains to be seen.It’s nice to know that these gummies are gluten free, non GMO, and vegetarian. So if these qualities are important to you, they are clearly stated on the label. It’s also nice to know that they are made in the USA, although there is no reference as to where the ingredients are sourced from. If you are into things “KETO” then thse may be a good match for you.
