Has done zero for weight loss
Both my daughter and I have used this product. This is the second type of product like this (Keto gummies) We purchased through Amazon and neither this nor the other product similar to this that we purchased has helped. My daughter and I have not lost any weight or any fat, or any inches. I myself have gained weight instead. There has been no appetite suppression with this product or the other similar Keto gummies product purchased through Amazon. Weâve been using them for two months not worth the money sadly.

i was skepticial when I saw the commericails about this stuff when I first heard about this from people talking about this when i was in line at the store or at starbucks. i am not one to really write reviews, but I wanted to write one to clarify a few thigns for others who were on the fence.i will admit, the flavor was not my favorite. Apple Cider gummies. Why apple cider? I just kept telling myself – no pain, no gain. I mean that’s what I keep saying every weekend when going out…The other thing, is I was already, slowly losing weight with my low calorie program at about 2-4 pounds a month. A month later after taking my weight – I lost roughly 16 pounds! (182-166 as of today). Throughout the month, I have also been keeping my calroies around 1400 on the weekdays and 1600 on the weekends,My recommendation for anyone reading these reviews, is to also keep a calorie intake journal, and try not to exceed the recommended daily calories.Good luck everybody!

I attempted to contact the seller for refund but the Amazon web page doesn’t offer an easy avenue for such contact so I’m writing a review instead. This is the worst tasting excuse for a diet pill I’ve ever tasted. I’ve done the vinegar drinking trick before but had I known this product was VINEGAR I would have never ordered it. To me this is false advertising because it doesn’t even mention vinegar in the ad. I found out about it when I opened the jar. The first dose you can get by with but as the days go, and I only got to 5, you begin to gag at the thought of even opening the jar with the smell of the vinegar that hits you in the face. I would have given this a zero but there wasn’t one.
