This is a great supplement to assist in achieving ketosis and maintaining ketosis. If you aren’t fully committed to keeping your net carbs under 20g, it can be difficult to stay in ketosis and achieve the desired weight loss. I use this after the days where I’ve had limited options and consumed more than 20g net carbs. Granted, it’s always better to remain consistent with your dietary goals because significant fluctuations in the way your body processes food (switching from carbohydrates for energy to ketones for energy) can possibly do more harm than good. That being said, sometimes things happen where it isn’t possible or we choose to deviate from them for a day or two. That is where this supplement comes into the picture. Depending on how significant the deviation from ketosis is, the more days I will take it. I took it consistently for the first week or two, 1 capsule daily. Once I knew I was in ketosis, I didn’t take it. After a day with more than 20g net carbs, I’ll take 2 capsules for 2-3 days and make sure I’m back to 20g net carbs or less. The ketosis and weight loss continue after that. The capsules aren’t huge, but they are on the larger size. They aren’t weighty, so they do bob up to the roof of your mouth when you try to swallow them. Sometimes I have issues with it, but I feel the benefit outweighs my minor momentary trouble with swallowing this capsule size. Other than that, the only “issue” I have is that it contains caffeine and disrupts my natural sleep-wake cycle if I take it anytime other than between waking and noon. So, with a little tweaking of when I take it, I’ve been able to maintain consistent weight loss without any other side effects from this supplement. All in all, I’ve been very pleased with it.

Loved the boost these gave me; they helped with the sluggishness. That alone is worth the price. Will continue to use these to help push me through fat burning.UPDATE: So I tend to struggle with my weight … a lot. I go up and down and up and down by like 10 – 50 (yes, 50) lbs at a time. It’s honestly shitty. My biggest roadblock (pun intended) would be my cravings. I crave salty and sweet to the point where I cannot ignore it and I binge binge binge. It’s like having an addiction where it gets to the point that you can’t think of anything else. To combat this, I used to take phentermine, which is a prescription drug that, in a nutshell, blocks the transmitter which tells you you’re hungry and craving stuff. It would work okay for a few days but then I’d start having an irregular heartbeat and high blood pressure, which are side effects. I couldn’t take the meds anymore and went right back to my old ways.Enter keto bhb …. this stuff honestly tackles my cravings, similar to the phentermine, but does not give me any bizarre, adverse side effects. Do I still feel hungry sometimes? Yes, but not CONSTANTLY. I’d say I experience hunger maybe the same or less than a normal person. When I bought these, I didn’t expect them to work in this manner or this good. Try them out … maybe they’ll work for you too.
