So Delicious, Filling, Feel Good
Iâm on a low carb diet and I intermittent fast about 20 (or more sometimes) hours per day as well. I was searching around for electrolytes and vitamin C with zero calories no carbs, no erythritol and only sweetened with Stevia (because it does not break a fast or affect blood sugar.) for when I fast and want to cave and eat before the fast ended.This brand checked all my boxes. I ordered this kind for a boost of vitamin C as well because it really helps me to not get colds or flu (I rarely get sick because I always take my vitamin C) The green apple is SOOOOOO delicious! Not too sour either and not too sweet! Just right in my opinion and itâs so good!Of course I started getting obsessed and ordered almost every kind and flavor this company has, and I love them all. The antioxidant ones are also all fantastic, and the taste is just fresh and refreshing!I gave my mom a sample pack of every flavor and she dislikes stevia (thinks itâs bitter) but even she loved these and drinks them daily. We go on diets together so this has helped us both lose weight, feel good/healthy and is very satisfying and satiated between meals or while fasting. Tastes very goodf
I bought these because they don’t have artificial sweeteners. I love them because they do not have a super salty taste like alot of electrolytes do. I also love that the bag has 30 packets for just a bit more than the competition that has only 16 packets.

Update: I want to acknowledge that the business voluntarily reached out to me and offered a refund on this product since I did not like it. The company did not ask me to update my review; I am doing it to honor the integrity if this company’s actions. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars, and I would consider trying other products by them in the future, based on their customer service.Previous: This was a weird experience for me–as soon as I took my first sip I was brought back to the colonoscopy prep I took a few months ago, and could barely get down without hurling. This was an immediate no-go for me. I can’t get it down. It’s waaaayyy too sweet. So now I’m stuck with 29 packets I can’t use. â¹ï¸

Flavors are nice and they smell good, dissolve ability can be hit or miss with some flavors. I suggest using more water than suggested on the packets for the lemonade flavor as I’ve found it to not dissolve as well as the others. Make drinking water more interesting and great for when kiddos or adults need it

The mix pack with 3 flavors is easy to use when traveling, with all 3 flavors enjoyable and able to mix well in water. My only negative is the packaging on the individual packets can be hit or miss when opening, but the product, taste and nutritional profile are tops.

SOUR elderberry, works, doesnt desovle
I have tried a LOT of sleep supplements. A LOT! This one works but its so sour its atomic. Its hard to finish because of how puckering it is. So id recommend mixing it with a lot of liquid. I fall asleep. Wouldnt say i stay asleep. It works. Dissolving is an issue but thats with every sleep powder i have tried. You just have to swish the glass as you go.
