Essential for me
I am health-conscious and I’ve been drinking kiala for a year. Whatever it does it does it well because it gives me a sustained energy I feel like my tummy is not as acidic I am not as hungry and I drink this before anything else I used to drink something similar to this but they stop selling it I tried other brands and kiala is a little bit pricey but I like the taste and how it makes me feel. I just wish that the price would be a little bit cheaper I always look when it’s on sale because I want this to be a sustainable part of my health I drink it in the morning everyday I usually drink the berry one but this one was on sale and it tastes just as good The watermelon one tastes a little bit too diluted for me but this is one of the essentials that I must have unless someone makes a different product similar to this at a cheaper price than I will subscribe to that but so far kiala has worked. I research also about Bloom and orgaine. I used to use a product called very green from trader Joe’s but they no longer sell it I like powder form for my supplements I noticed when I don’t drink this I don’t feel as healthy energized and I feel hungry all the time when I don’t have it When I do drink it I feel it’s neutralized the acidity in my body and it gives me just the right amount of lift to not be hyper but just the right amount of boost without crashing I mix this in with my collagen powder again it works for me I’m health-conscious if it was a little cheaper it’d be even better but I guess that’s the reason why because it works but I did try another brand that was $25 and it worked well too but I’m still stuck on kiala. I also tell my daughters to drink it and visit their doctors regularly I try to give it to my mom as well who has diabetes and cravings again This is not a substitute for doctor’s advice I’m letting you know that this happened for me If the quality and formula changes I will update Health is wealth for me and I have to invest in myself I please want the company to make it a little bit more affordable take advantage of the sales and auto-ship $35 to 40 is a lot to pay for this but it helps keep me healthier in the long run If you can afford it go on autoship Just remember that you’re on auto-ship because I sometimes forget If I had only one thing to take to me on travels this would be it helps me with my appetite my energy level and I’m not doing a commercial for these people but I wish it would be more affordable but it works Happy health.

Bye bye bloat!
I canât get over this stuff! Someone suggested it from instagram and I thought Iâd give it a go because I have a sensitive stomach and it was on sale at the time. Boy am I glad I did! I am lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive, but I donât really do a good job at avoiding my sensitive foods. For years Iâve always thought my bloating was normal, maybe hormonal? But after a week of drinking my Kiala everyday I had zero bloat for the first time in FOREVER and it felt GREAT. I felt and looked like a new person. It gives me a little boost of energy too and makes me feel better about my greens intake haha. Best tasting super greens powder out there, MUCH better than bloom. Definitely get pineapple orange as I think itâs the best. When you add some ice and shake it well itâs such a refreshing sweet treat. Worth the money. Thanks Kiala!

Incredible, have been using for years!
As a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I have been using this product for years, and specifically love the watermelon slush flavor! This has significantly helped with my bloating and has increased my energy throughout the day. I tend to have some stomach issues and pains and taking these greens has seemed to calm my system, while still tasting amazing. I do not love the typical taste of green powders, but I love this specific flavor!! It is a staple in my morning routine.

I only just started the Kiala is why I gave it a 4star. It does taste good, a little grainy, but easy to drink & mix. I take it on an empty stomach b4 breakfast & it makes my tummy feel great. I feel like itâs helping me get the greens I need & has helped with indigestion. The price was certainly right during cyber sale. Hopefully it will do more, only had it for 5 days.

Nice product, taste is amazing!
Iâve been taking this product for a week. The taste is amazing, especially since i love watermelon flavored drinks. I will say it has helped some with bloating but i know some bodies react differently. There is some chalky taste to it but if you shake it up good it dims that taste. Excited to see how i feel in three more weeks. Definitely will be purchasing again.
