BEST GREENS IâVE HAD
I absolutely love these greens. They taste amazing & theyâre very enjoyable. Iâve noticed great benefits from taking these greens daily – my digestion and gut health have been much better. I highly suggest trying these out ðð¼These greens mix very easily into water, I love the ingredients & the amount of servings you get per container is great for the price!!

Essential for me
I am health-conscious and I’ve been drinking kiala for a year. Whatever it does it does it well because it gives me a sustained energy I feel like my tummy is not as acidic I am not as hungry and I drink this before anything else I used to drink something similar to this but they stop selling it I tried other brands and kiala is a little bit pricey but I like the taste and how it makes me feel. I just wish that the price would be a little bit cheaper I always look when it’s on sale because I want this to be a sustainable part of my health I drink it in the morning everyday I usually drink the berry one but this one was on sale and it tastes just as good The watermelon one tastes a little bit too diluted for me but this is one of the essentials that I must have unless someone makes a different product similar to this at a cheaper price than I will subscribe to that but so far kiala has worked. I research also about Bloom and orgaine. I used to use a product called very green from trader Joe’s but they no longer sell it I like powder form for my supplements I noticed when I don’t drink this I don’t feel as healthy energized and I feel hungry all the time when I don’t have it When I do drink it I feel it’s neutralized the acidity in my body and it gives me just the right amount of lift to not be hyper but just the right amount of boost without crashing I mix this in with my collagen powder again it works for me I’m health-conscious if it was a little cheaper it’d be even better but I guess that’s the reason why because it works but I did try another brand that was $25 and it worked well too but I’m still stuck on kiala. I also tell my daughters to drink it and visit their doctors regularly I try to give it to my mom as well who has diabetes and cravings again This is not a substitute for doctor’s advice I’m letting you know that this happened for me If the quality and formula changes I will update Health is wealth for me and I have to invest in myself I please want the company to make it a little bit more affordable take advantage of the sales and auto-ship $35 to 40 is a lot to pay for this but it helps keep me healthier in the long run If you can afford it go on autoship Just remember that you’re on auto-ship because I sometimes forget If I had only one thing to take to me on travels this would be it helps me with my appetite my energy level and I’m not doing a commercial for these people but I wish it would be more affordable but it works Happy health.

Bye bye bloat!
I canât get over this stuff! Someone suggested it from instagram and I thought Iâd give it a go because I have a sensitive stomach and it was on sale at the time. Boy am I glad I did! I am lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive, but I donât really do a good job at avoiding my sensitive foods. For years Iâve always thought my bloating was normal, maybe hormonal? But after a week of drinking my Kiala everyday I had zero bloat for the first time in FOREVER and it felt GREAT. I felt and looked like a new person. It gives me a little boost of energy too and makes me feel better about my greens intake haha. Best tasting super greens powder out there, MUCH better than bloom. Definitely get pineapple orange as I think itâs the best. When you add some ice and shake it well itâs such a refreshing sweet treat. Worth the money. Thanks Kiala!

Too expensive but good product
I bought kiala when it was on a sale for $25, which i feel is reasonable. I love the product! But i refuse to pay the regular price of $40.I have a lot of GI issues, including discomfort, bloating, gas, and constipation. After taking this product for a week, it has helped somewhat improve on a lot of these issues. Im having more bowel movements and less bloating. I especially have trouble with bowel movements around my cycle and im now having bowel movements during that time of the month which improves my overall comfort and pain associated with my period.It may have a small energizing effect due to the coffee and tea in it, but its not too much. I can still sleep and i dont get the jitters.The taste is great. The sweetness isnt overly sweet or anything. It also has that earthy green flavor as well. Its a good balance.5g carbs, 2g proteinI would definitely buy this product regularly if it was consistently cheaper. Im not interesting in spending 35-40+ dollars on it.

Amazing Greens!
Hats off to Kiala for creating delicious tasting greens! I was skeptical at first especially because previous brands fell short. The taste is exactly as advertised and even better. The Watermelon Slush is so good and refreshing . I put these to the test for a week and honestly felt like I noticed a difference day one. I missed a day and could 1000000% notice how I felt not taking them which was blah. I love the Kiala greens so much I immediately bought the Mixed Berry and Miami Vice. Now I have no clue which is my favorite! There is no more bloating and feeling heavy since this greens journey, more energy and decreased GI issues. They taste good iced or not, only the slightest gritty texture when getting to the bottom. However that clears up with another mix or shake. It is not enough to deter me (and Iâm a texture girly).

Yummy and effective
As someone who suffers from ibs-c I take greens daily for my gut and overall health to supplement my mostly clean diet. Today I received the Kiala Miami Vice Super Greens and couldn’t wait to try them. Mixed into cold water and added ice, they taste like a tropical treat! I’m so happy with the consistently, how well the greens mixed into my water and the taste. These super greens are a must have to help relieve bloating and other digestive issues. I cannot wait to try the other flavors, but think this will be my favorite since I favor tropical treats, and that is what it tastes like, a treat!!!
