Pretty good space saver
Was great to put behind furniture. Only downside for me was that the orientation of the outlet made the USB/C ports on the bottom (which was slightly inconvenient).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE â¼ï¸ The metal prongs fell out. The cords fall out regularly due to the angle. No matter what return reason I checked the Sellerâs return policy was not accepted. Value for money Zero â¼ï¸I use Amazon due to many benefits one of which is the return policy. I feel that this Seller is not honoring the policy. Such a disappointment. DO NOT BUY. Choose an alternative. After all ITâS an electrical outlet. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT and waste of money.

This surge protector/wall outlet expander was super easy to install. In less than 5 minutes, I was able to plug in multiple items in our kitchen with no impact on the power consumption.I charged my phone using the USB-A outlet on the top of the unit and was satisfied with the charging rate. It charges at a rate of 12W (which isn’t necessarily fast charging – 15W is more what I would consider fast charging) – my iPhone 8 Plus was charged to full battery capacity in about 50 minutes.I chose to remove the screw and just plug it into the outlet as where I was using this didn’t require grounding. I love that you can look at it and know that it’s working correctly because of the blue lights.The unit is well made, can support multiple devices at once, and fits in any standard triple prong outlet. It will take up both outlets on the panel so just be aware of this if you need to use the second outlet on a 2 gang box. I hope I never have to find out if I need to use the $5000 guarantee this unit arrives with but, it’s nice to know the company stands behind their product with a lifetime warranty and power surge fail warranty!The unit is about 6 1/2″ high x 3 1/2″ wide x 1″ deep

Pros: after tightening the screw, the multiplug lays flush to the outlet plate, looks good and all the outlets worked fine.Con: I connected one cellphone through USB A and it was charging. I connected another cellphone through USB C; it started charging, however, USB A stopped charging. Only one at a time? Makes no sense! Returned
