I have started putting a scoop in my coffee every morning. I honestly don’t even notice that it’s in there. The flavor is not noticeable. After a month my nails are harder and i have less joint pain. I went on vacation for 4 days without it and really missed it. My joints started to bother me again. I’ll bring it with me from now on.

Since using this product for 6 months my hair doesnât seem to be as dry , my skin looks heather and my joints are more flexible I simply put it in my hot cocoa in the chilly mornings

The brand is a good company. It has collagen types 1, 2, & 3.There are 2 things I donât care for:1) to be flavorless it doesnât taste good.2) doesnât dissolve in coffee as well as my previous brand.

My Primary Physician is big on supplements. And so this was suggested for my joints as I age. I followed the instructions, using water. Whoa, that delivery system was akin to dragging my tongue across continental Africa! I’m still thinking of drinks that might be a suitable delivery system but honestly, I’m in no rush to solve this challenge. I know teas would be two weak and I don’t drink soda. I’ll build up my courage and try again, but not very soon. Meanwhile my spouse’s biggest concern is where I store the cannister in the interim. She gives me even less stars of approval right now.

This is a miracle product
I swear by this product. I have had a forehead crease for almost 10 years. It was deep. I had tried every serum and anti aging product I could get my hands on to tackle that crease. I was applying products 5 times a day to my forehead to no avail. I started drinking this daily and after about 6 weeks my forehead crease literally disappeared! COMPLETELY dissapeared. I slacked on taking it for a few weeks and began to see a faint hint at the crease again. I am back on with daily use. I wish I had taken a before picture that didn’t have the crease filtered out. After tackling that line for years I didn’t expect to get rid of it by anything that would work from the inside out. Even if it has to be kept up to keep the collagen strong it is well worth it. This helps better than any expensive anti aging cream or serum. You also get the benefit of healthy joints and super results for your hair and nails. This and milk thistle are 2 supplements that I have witnessed real results. This company has great products overall but this product in particular is the fountain of youth.

It comes in an absurdly large jar that is barely half full and only contains 23 measured servings, with a 4 1/4 inch top that is difficult to grasp if you arenât a pro basketballplayer. After the initial opening, I transfer it to a more manageable container. You may need specialized equipment.
