Turbocharged my WiFi
This router is an upgrade from my previous one which was probably 6 or 7 years old. This thing appears to be rock solid and pretty potent. The software is great. Its nice to be able to look at all the devices and give them custom names and icons. This router has given me speeds that are above what I pay for at Cox. That is if its true or not using the SpeedTest app. I NOW can stream videos back to my bedroom from this router which actually lives in an enclosed stereo cabinet with glass door. This cramped area doesn’t seem to hinder the signal.Very happy so far. Note: this product was factory refurbished. Still performs great!!

Long over due. This router is amazing. Easy to set up, excellent coverage. I don’t know why I didn’t replace our internet provided one sooner.

I get 1gb speeds with this router downloaded an update fir my xbox on a short 5 minutes. Looks brand new still had the shiny plastic protectors on it.

It worked great for two weeks and then I started having problems with my Wi-Fi reception when I had more devices running at the same time.but never the number of devices it is approved for will be returning and purchasing another brand model

Wifi Signal is weak and not stable and certainly not cover up to 3000 sqft.
I have this router for close to a month in a 2 story a little over 2000 sqft house. The router is in the 1st floor, the signal is weak on the 2nd floor and can only connected with 802.11n on the farther side of house. The signal is not only weak but unstable. I had to drop and reconnect from time to time get back to a audio conf. meeting.1. contacted tech support, wasted more than 2 hours and got the answer, the wifi speed 1733mbps is only in ideal case, you need to cut the number in half and take additional 30% off. But, I can’t even get anything above 400mbps when sitting next to the router. (file transfer between NAS and macbookpro)2. if i want to return the product, I need to pass all the tech support testing SOP and approved by the supervisor or manager… I told him this is to turn your customer to other brands, should consider revise. The router connection speed and coverage is not as described as item description. Luckily, can return easily through Amazon.3. The user interface is very “Simple”. it doesn’t have many good functions like my old Netgear router does. you can’t monitor traffic meters, individual IP (block or deny access in real time), parental control goes by sites not as categories like Netgear provided.Very disappointed at this product and Linksys as I thought it should be a better product and company than Netgear.Still evaluating better product that would provide better coverage for my little over 2000 sqft house before I return this router.
