    Great for Chia pudding
    This is the first time I tried the white chia seeds, and I like themRecipe for chia pudding:- 1/2 C almondmilk, oatmilk, or regular milk- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds- sprinkle of cinnamon- 1 Tablespoon of honey or syrupMix all ingredients in a jar shaking thoroughly. Shake several more times within the first 30 minutes so the seeds do not clump together.I make in the evenings and have it with berries or a banana for breakfast.

    Super nutrition in a bag!
    These little babies are super packed with the “Good Stuff”. Sort of like eating already cooked grains out of a package. For those with super sweet tooths you can even coat it with chocolate and have a 50/50 healthy snack. Now, please everyone don’t get in an uproar about chocolate being good for you. I agree and love a good quality chocolate. I’ve purchased cocoa nibs and the best cocoa powder from Amazon I can lay my hands on. I state this because so many people use them in theis smoothies…which is also fantastic. When I have one, in they go. I never thought of the chocolate idea; I saw it in our local healthfood store. Who knows perhaps chocolate covered chia seeds have been around a long time and I missed it. I will state emphatically, thiese are good and good for you. Thus, no matter how you choose to use them, do so.

    Protein boost and thickener
    I use this to give my food a protein boost. I also use it when I make jam. I just add a few tablespoons to my jam in place of Certo and it thickens it beautifully.

    Great for Chia Seed Pudding!
    I make chia seed pudding with these because I need to eat more calcium. 1/3 c of seeds, 1 1/2 cup of milk, a little sugar in the raw and a little vanilla all mixed together and refrigerated overnight makes a great healthy snack! I like these white chia seeds over the basic black ones you can buy in the grocery store, and they are organic. Can’t beat that for the price. Enjoy!
