Where has this been all my life?!!??!! Wow!I live wit continual excruciating back and body pain . I am chronically ill. I have joint problems skeletal deformities. Let me just say I love this product, it is exactly as advertised, does the job well done, and at a good price. I bought this for myself after getting a gift card for christmas. It took two weeks to come in, thats why I gave 4 stars.The material is soft and thick, and the color is so pretty and as pictured. The cord is extra long, so it’s good to use in bed if needed. After playing around with it, I’ve determined the heat level is very nice, I will say it take about 5 ish minute to get to the max heat level if you just put it immediately on max. It has a two hour timer (which is nice for me especially, because I usually tend to fall asleep every time I use a heat pad).The massage/vibration levels are nice, especially for my period pain/knee pain girls. The only other thing is if you use the vibration it is louder than I thought it would be, but nonetheless provides nice comfort for those pain days.Overall, this is a above average product and I like it very much. It was so good my dad ended up buying one for my mom for her birthday in the grey. 10/10

Disappointed
I have fractures in my lower back and saw this heating massager would help with my pain. I had the heat on the highest and it hardly got warm but the back of it was very hot but itâs not the right side to lay on. Itâs all the wires. If you are looking for a massager this isnât the on. All you feel is vibration not a massage feeling. I would have sent it back but the box broke while trying to take it out. Then I threw the actual box that it came in into the garbage.

Well first off it doesn’t get very hot.
For heating pad it doesn’t get very warm. The heat does come up quickly but it’s not very intense. It’s very heavy and it’s very hard to position trying to use it in the chairs next impossible. Not overly impressed with it.

Worked great for 2 weeks, then buttons failed
While it worked for two weeks on a daily basis, it was great. Bought it for family member in hospital after an auto accident who developed restless leg syndrome that wasnât responding to drugs. The vibration mode did help well with that. We also used the heat function several times. But suddenly after two weeks, when we turned it on for heat, the heat button instead turned on the vibration. The vibration button wouldnât do anything, nor did repeated pressing of the heat button. We unplugged it, then plugged it back in, but the low intermittent vibration mode came back on automatically. We were afraid that something was wrong electrically with the buttons and returned it.
