Works great for dental problems
Works great for dental work to keep the swelling down. Cooled down in refrigerator doesnât stay cool very long, cooled down in the freezer stays cold much longer, however, needs to temp down before puttin on your face. Works great either way

Quality cooling mask
Good cooling mask, stays cold for longer than other masks. The straps are comfortable but the bottom one needs more Velcro to fit properly. You can redistribute the gel inside the mask before placing it in the freezer. As other reviewers have stated, it is a little narrow. I have a narrow face and there was still a gap on the sides of the mask. Not a big deal for me though. The small eye packs and small circle packs don’t stay cold long. I like the storage case. Overall good purchase.

Cooling face mask
I wanted to buy a mask that can help me reduce my puffiness. But when I use it. It only cools for few seconds. More more than a mins and then it didn’t work. I am talking about small patches. The big mask lasted for 3-4 min. It didn’t properly set on my face because of my puffy face I guess. But you can try on your face. Let me know. Please remember that I have a specific conditon like puffy face and based on that I am writing this review. May be it will better fit on your face. Thankyou and have a nice day.

Damaged, leaking upon arrival
Seemingly brand new, was removing from plastic and gel had leaked everywhere. After seeing multiple people mention the gel irritates skin, I wont be using. Terribly made and unsafe.

This set is such great quality for an amazing price. I love that everything comes in a zippered pouch so things donât get lost.It is spa quality gel which i prefer over the beads. I like to put under-eye masks on and then place the round pieces on top and then on top of that, the full face mask. Such a great way to start the day.
