Exactly as in hospital
My hospital uses these and the other classic blue with single pink stripe ones. I LOVE these. Theyâre closer to a soft textured towel than a flannel receiving blanket. I think absorbency is superior. I find these were way easier to swaddle in, too. The sharp corners (vs rounded cut) make a big difference. My babyâs almost 11lbs now and I can still easily swaddle her in these and the non-sloppy/velvety (as opposed to flannel ones) really holds her well.I canât repeat enough: these are the hospital towels/blankets. I would have gotten a sideways look for stealing them except mine were obviously brand new. Buy these – you wonât regret it. This listing is the legit medline brand (at least as of my purchase date).

The PERFECT baby blanket! Buy LOTS!
These are pretty much identical to the ones at the hospital, if not better as they are 100% cotton. Hospital ones were a cotton/polyester blend.At first view, they didn’t seem as good of quality because the weave seemed more open and loose than the hospital ones I was used to. I soon realized that after a few washes they DO fluff up and soften.I absolutely LOVE these blankets. They are a great size for swaddling, easy to wash and store, soft, light, easy to layer. I live in Southern California with pretty warm weather and these are perfectly light to keep baby covered without making her hot. When it cools, just layer another one! I use these EVERY DAY for swaddling, covering, setting baby on, etc.Highly recommend these blankets! I have already purchased two sets and will probably buy at least one more set.

Nice large receiving blanket
These receiving are perfectly sized for excellent swaddling and much larger than hospital blankets I’ve experienced. Exactly what I needed for my home birth supplies. The 100% cotton got very soft after just a few washes.

Absorbent and perfect size
I love how this blanket is large enough for me to fold it in half and it still cover my shoulder and place across my chest at the same time. It is also notably quite absorbent. When my husband and I ask each other to get a burp cloth this is the one we always want out of the many different types that we have. I wish there were more in a pack so we didn’t have to order more. Great purchase or gift for any new parent.
