I honestly had no idea which flange to use! I ended up buying ones that were extremely large and caused me to dislike pumping.Iâm so happy I bought this because it helped me figure out what size I was and which one actually fit. You also get a measuring tape that you can use for other things too.

Whew! You donât know how many flanges I went through until I just bought this product! Itâs true to size and super durable. Please save your self time and money and get yourself on of these first before you purchase flanges on your own.

Perfect tool to take the guesswork out of making sure you are using the correct size falange while pumping to take out the guesswork of sizing.Your nipples can change so much pre pregnancy, pregnancy, to postpartum – it is nice to have a tool to make sure you are making adjustments to the correct size to keep pumping less painful and efficient!

It works
It does what it’s supposed to and is maybe slightly easier than using a measuring tape. It wasn’t expensive but for something you’re probably only gonna use once you can probably skip the purchase and just use a tape measure.

So Important for Pumping
It may seem simple but getting your nipple properly measured is SO crucial to the success of your pumping journey. I eyeballed it at first and thought the right size flange for me was 28 mm. I could not have been more wrong! I actually needed 17 mm. Moreover, your nipple size can actually change during your pumping journey, and especially across different pregnancies. Turns out second time around Iâm 18 mm on one side and 19 mm on the other. Get the rulerâ itâs so helpful! Having the proper size flange will make a dramatic difference in milk output and comfort.
