Works perfectly
Super excited that this worked with the app I already had (efamilycloud) and connected effortlessly. Named all my plugs and had it set up on Google home and Alexa with in minutes. So glad that it has a flat angled plug in too!You can rename the surge protector as a whole and each individual plug. You can not control the USB outlets with app they stay powered even when you use the app to turn off the whole surge protector. However they will turn off if you flip the manual power switch on the surge protector.Video note:If you are curious that plug is named gamer because it controls the lights in my gaming area.

Buyer beware, 30 day warranty only. Product stopped working after 11 months.
Please be aware that if you buy the MS400 through Amazon you’re only getting a 30 day warranty. We’ve had this for just over 11 months and it totally stopped working. There was no power surge, no heat issues, and it was hardly ever touched. It was used to control a night light and fan in my son’s room. I contacted Monster directly and they forwarded me to Allied Green. I like Monster product. The wife set up and control is good. Iâd like it if it had an on/off control for all outlets. It doesnât. Each one is independent and thereâs no control for the USBs.

Bought mine in December 2023 and lasted 8 months. No longer connects to Wifi. Tried multiple times with multiple devices. Without Wifi the outlets do not qork. Did not experience such poor quality from Monster.

Do not buy, this thing is junk.
Purchased this as there were no other options at the time. Broke within 1 year and would no longer connect to wifi. With some research I learned that many others have experienced the same failure. Monster has always sold way overpriced crap that people donât need. Now that there are other options for smart power strips, use them instead.
