Great for recovery
Iâve been using Muscle Milk for a few weeks now, and itâs working great for recovery after workouts. The flavor is good and not chalky like some protein shakes. My only complaint is that itâs a bit on the sweeter side, which might not be for everyone. That said, it does the job and is a convenient way to get extra protein in my day. Definitely worth trying!

Chocolate Muscle Milk just tastes so darn good! The ready to drink bottles are so convenient when traveling or somewhere you canât mix powder protein shakes. The protein (cassinates) isnât the best quality (no whey isolate) but the convenience and taste is the best. Great price from Amazon and free delivery right to my door.
