Chocolate is great, but Vanilla Caramel needs work
Honestly, the Chocolate flavor plant protein mix is pretty decent for a plant based drink. Fairly smooth consistency and flavor that matches even Whey based drinks, back when by body could process those. The Vanilla Caramel flavor was… meh, sadly. Not horrible, but not enjoyable. Needs a flavor rework imo

Have been drinking muscle milk for years now. My go to is chocolate, vanilla is good also. Never tried plant base before. I think I ordered the vanilla caramel by accident. Anyway not a fan of it.. no vanilla or caramel taste. It is tolerable though but will not order this one again. I may try the chocolate plant base after reading all the ingredients in it..

If you have a problem with dairy, this is a great supplement.
I liked it best when it was very cold and very well shaken. Otherwise there was a weird vegetable taste. Overall, itâs a great protein option with no dairy.

Vanilla Caramel flavor doesn’t taste good
I used to be a frequent buyer of standard muscle milk in vanilla flavor. I liked the flavor, but hated the milky aftertaste from the whey protein. I was excited to see this pea protein option available, and despite reading other reviews about the vanilla caramel flavor leaving something to be desired, I gave it a chance anyways. Unfortunately the other reviews are correct, this tastes somehow neither like vanilla nor caramel. I tried adding cinnamon and nutmeg to make it taste similar to eggnog, but it didn’t help the taste much. I added a pump of vanilla syrup and a pump of caramel syrup, and it makes it taste bearable, but now I’ve agreed a lot of sugar content to make it taste better. I may try the chocolate flavor when I’ve finished this case, but I won’t be returning to the vanilla caramel muscle milk flavor.

Surprisingly good…for a protein shake
High in protein, low in sugar and carbs, and plant based. Must take like cardboard, right?!? But it doesn’t. It’s not a milkshake, to be clear, but it’s pretty good for a protein shake. Will definitely order more.
