Great Buy
I have big cats and this fits them perfectly. also its easy to set up and feels soft. You can see how tall it is to my window which goes from floor to ceiling. My male cat has found his perch where he can look out the window and scan the living room. The scratching posts are in the perfect spot for my cats. Great value and built to last!

But I shouldn’t have to reach out to you to ask what is happening. I see that the package couldn’t be delivered. I had to reach out to the buyer to figure out what happened. I will still give 5 stars regardless of what happens.2. Thank you for making it right and fixing it and the speedy delivery.3. I love the color and the size and how my cats have space, it’s very soft and has many places for my cats to lounge.4. It’s very solid and easy to assemble and also very sturdy.5. This wasn’t as large as I thought it would be even though I’d reviewed measurements before ordering. Read all instructions before putting it together. The top piece didn’t appear to attach but it does with turning the pieces as if screwing in screws. Nice knap to fuzzy fabric. Sturdy.

Nice soft cloth. Was easy to assembly, had all the parts, and seems sturdy. It is a little small for full size cats. Mine use the scratching posts and are getting used to it.

In the pictures you will find my cat Caprese enjoying her house. She loves the two hide aways and the windows to peak out of while playing. She also enjoys sitting in the baskets while playing or just straight napping. The hammock on the bottom doesn’t see any use besides to hold toys. I will say she refuses to use the ramps on it, they are strictly for decoration. Use them as a scratching area? Puh-lease! She rather scratche my furniture or the carpet than be caught dead scratching the ramp or the many areas the rope is on. I used one of the cardboard scratching boards and attached it to the ramp and she uses that to scratch on. More recently she has been scratching at the rope near her baskets while she’s playing. She goes HARD in her house. I find this thing moved a couple inches a day from her crazy cat activities but it’s holding up well all things considered. Sturdy as the day I bought it, it matches the furniture I have in my home.The carpet is soft and inviting and my peasy loves to nap on the tippy top,baskets, the hiding holes and the other bed area. She is a large cat, 14 pounds and the length of my leg if she stands up on her back legs. She fits in all areas of this exce l t maybe the hammock. People said the pom poms fell off fast after buying and I have no idea what they are talking about. My peasy is extremely aggressive and they show no signs of falling off anytime soon. I like the variety this cat house offers for the price versus what local in person stores have to offer.

Design is NOT conducive for ANY cat to use–wasted money.
I have a LARGE, 20# Norwegian Forest cat He and a tiny 10# cat. The 20 pounder was getting too big and heavy for my 7 ft cat tree. I did a lot of research for a large cat tree. This one looked great. Very center based so he couldn’t knock it over. I took apart the old cat tree he had outgrown and got rid of it. I opened the new box and it took 7 1/2 hrs to put together….UGH! The written explanations were a disaster. I would put a section together and THEN found out the writer was WRONG and I had to take apart sections and put together the houses and THEN put it back together. Now, when I finished, I realized that there is NO space for my large cat to jump up on to go up levels. This tree was specifically advertised for a large, 30# cat. What a joke. There are 8-10″ of space (waaaaay to small) he is supposed to be able to jump up onto. The opening for the houses are too small for him to get his body into. For my smaller 10# cat has to jump onto the large bed to get to her smaller perch much higher!!! She ALSO cannot jump up onto the levels because they are TOO SMALL. There are NO platforms for either cat to jump onto. Extremely poorly designed. I have put it up to my windows so my cats can jump onto the window sill to get to the beds on the very top. The rest of the cat tree is NOT USED. It is absolutely impossible for either cat to “fit” on the 8-10″ of space. I am stuck with this now. I will eventually move it into my bedroom for them to be able to use those window sills to jump up to sleep on the beds. I am looking for another cat tree that is designed better to put into my living area for them to play and chase each other around. SO FAR, these Chinese designers have built all of the trees the same. NO SPACE for a cat to sit on or turn around on to move further up the tree. Oh, well, live and learn. I hope this review serves to save money and time for someone else NOT TO PURCHASE this cat tree!!!

Sturdy and easy to assemble
Our cats got up on each level as we built it and couldn’t wait to climb it. They have chosen their preferred platform and box. My tuxedo is the hammock fan and he loves having so many options. I also love that it is not too tall. It is very sturdy with the solid base. My cats are 14lbs and 10lbs and we haven’t had to add the anchor. (I’m thankful for this because they reallyLove watching the wildlife out the window.
