I tried 4-5 different types of collagen before landing upon NaturePlus Collagen Peptides. It dissolves quickly in juice or water, tastes and smells neutral, and adds 10 grams of protein per scoop to your diet. I like that it draws on multiple sources of collagen, including fish collagen and eggshells. Itâs also gluten-free. I donât know if itâs actually helping my bones and joints, but I only use one scoop a day. Getting more protein is worth it.

Not Bad…….
I’ve been taking this for 17 days, using a scoop & a half each day mixed in w/ about 8-10 ounces of water. There’s barely any taste, but I sometimes do get tiny clumps. What I figured out is the the container states 28 servings (& yes, I’ve been using a generous scoop & a half once daily) & I’ll barely have enough for one last serving size before the container is empty, so it’s possible I’m short only three servings, which in the grand scheme really isn’t horribly bad in the measurements per serving statement. Have I noticed a difference in anything since I started? Slightly. My knee doesn’t ache as bad, can’t see a difference in my hair or nails just yet. I’m going to continue taking this, but a different brand that has more amino acids, to see which one I prefer.

I throw some in my coffee before work. I clean houses so that’s my exercise. Hard to say cuz I do take other supplements but is it this that reversed the gray hairs? Certainly possible. Definitely my joints skin and hair are all doing much better than they were before I started using this regularly. Started taking it as a supplement to intensive Lyme treatment, definitely will continue.

I use this to help with hair and nail growth. I can see a huge difference in the time it takes my fingernails to grow vs. not using it.I place one (full – even to top/not mounding) scoop per day in my hot coffee.It is tasteless. However, it is very sticky and fairly difficult to completely clean off the counter, if spilt.My ONLY COMPLAINT is that this particular container (using my one scoop method) is not enough for the entire 30 days in a month.I am on a subscribe and save order-status, and I had to buy a separate one on the side once, because around day 25, the container was empty and I was having to wait 5-8 days before I could resume use.So, if you plan on consistently using this product 365 days per year, you may want to order one extra one to help with the shortage.

Iâve been taking this for a few months for joint pain/Lyme disease-related arthritis. The taste is okay. Pretty much unflavored, so itâs versatile when mixed with other liquids. While it works well for the joint pain, Iâm always disappointed to open the lid and see the container only half full (or less). For the price I paid, I expect the container to be completely full. I think the container should be much larger too. Not feeling like itâs a good value. More annoyingly, it clumps when mixing it with liquid in a glass and it gloms and cakes onto the spoon. Not recommended for mixing in a glass. Iâd recommend putting it into a blender with fruit/veggies and making a smoothie instead. Iâm switching brands to capsules. Much easier to take good quality capsules.

After being inspired by several TikTok influencers, I decided to incorporate Type II collagen into my routine. However, I couldnât find a poultry-based collagen peptide on Amazon in my country. Consequently, I chose a this because this have 1.2.3.4.5.6.7 types of Collagen peptide all in it. This product that appears promising so far. Iâve been mixing it into my morning detox drink with warm water, and it dissolves easily. Iâm quite pleased with it so far although not just stared using it for few dates . Hoping for better results .

I bought this supplement specifically because it was advertised as ‘flavourless’. It’s not. You can definitely taste something. I drink it in tea so maybe it could taste better in coffee. It’s not lumpy though which is good – it dissolves well.

After two months of consistent use, I developed a tendon issue that this product was supposed to prevent. I switched to another product a few months later, which seems to be helping. It seems I wasnât able to digest the bone broth at allâoverall, it was ineffective for me.
