Tilted Dish For Animals
Beautiful design on a large tilted bowl, makes it easier for animals to eat and digest their food, it’s large bowl plenty of room for whiskers, very sturdy on floor or mat, easy to clean. My cat loves it.

Great cat dish!
I love everything about these raised bowls. More importantly, my cats clearly love them. It bothered me seeing them hunched over while they ate. Additionally, this hot summer brought in ants, who were getting in their floor food bowls. It didnât help that two of my cats liked to pull the food out and eat kibble off the floor. It was messy, and no matter what I tried, I couldnât keep the ants from coming back. Baking soda worked well, but I needed a better solution. These raised bowls are the perfect solution. My cats eat with their heads raised. Thereâs a nice lip that keeps the kibble in the bowl; no more messy eaters. I havenât seen one ant since I started using these bowls. I feel that I can control food portions better also, which is a plus. 4 cats and 4 bowls. These bowls are beautifully made. Their heavy porcelain and very easy to clean. Itâs convenient to be able to warm wet food for each cat as well; just remember to remove the rubber gasket before microwaving. These bowls are shallow (perfect for cats) and not deep enough for water. My cats have a fountain, but this company makes a sharp looking raised water bowl.I highly recommend and wish I hadn’t waited this long to buy them

Working great
I have been searching for some time for either a slow feeder or raised feeder or both for my cats. I was gifted a set of theseâtwo larger bowls (regular height https://www.amazon.com/Necoichi-Raised-Water-Bowl-Regular/dp/B00KAW62CI/ref=pd_bxgy_2/137-3163028-0076437 ) and one of these small bowls. The cats seem to like them so I ordered a second of these small bowls. They use the small bowls for wet food and the larger to share dry food and water (as seen in the photo). They do not really drink out of the water as they prefer their fountains. The bowls are attractive, quite sturdy, and are easy to wash out. They do not slow down my beasts from eating, however I also have not had another vomiting incident since these were purchased. My cats are just at a year old and the height works for both of them, though one cat is much larger than the other. For some reason they often take pieces of dry food out of the larger bowl and eat it off the ground which they do not do from a non raised bowl.Other items I tried that did not work: LumoLeaf Raised Cat Dog Food Bowl with Transparent Tilted Cat Bowl, Detachable & 0-30° Elevated Cat Bowls — had no weight so got pushed around, cats didn’t like to eat from it. I believe it rubbed their whiskers too much. Plastic took more effort to clean than the ceramic of the Neoichi bowls. The URWOOW Collapsible Foldable Slow Feeder Pet Dog Cat Puppy Silicone Travel Pet Slow Feeding Bowl Dog Water Dish Cat — The collapsable style meant the sides did not bother kitty whiskers. The raised silicone spikes were too high for a cat. Others seemed to have success with dry food where the cat can paw out pieces. My beasts could not reach their wet food and hated them. They also had a large foot print and food got all over the floor.Note there are several listings from different companies that appear to be the same bowl. When completing my set, I looked for the matching imprint that is on the under side (third picture).

Beautiful dish!
Needed a tall dish for my large cat. This dish is great height & so cute. High quality with a simple design. Easy to clean & looks great on kitty’s mat.

Easy For My Old Cat
I own a super senior kitty. And lately his arthritis has made eating lower to the ground more difficult. I love these dishes. The minute I put it down for him to eat from, he came over so happily and devoured his meal. The height is perfect for keeping his neck and shoulders from getting strained. The dish is a bit shallow, which makes it easy on his whiskers, but deep enough that it can be filled well.Be warned, however, they are porcelain, so they can break if you’re not careful. An accidental slip while washing it had me buying another to replace a very shattered bowl. But that’s my own fault. They’re a fantastic dish for a geriatric kitty.

not ideal for wet food
The dish is beautiful, a great height, and tilted. Unfortunately, I think it is a little deep for wet food, but the dish will hold smaller dishes for wet food feedings to prevent whisker fatigue. I think this dish works well for dry food though:)

Best cat dishes I’ve owned
This is absolutely the best cat dish I have used in 13 years of cat care. The pretty design is fully beneath the porcelain glaze; some dish manufacturers etch, stamp or paint at the end of production, leaving a potentially toxic or porous area. A raised dish is a personal choice, but it seems a preference for one of our cats and a “don’t care” for the other; this dish is unlike all the other raised dishes I’ve considered or purchased in that there are no small holes in the base for water/dirt to collect. The shape has worked well for kibble, wet minced, and “gravy lovers” wet food. There is a very minimal lip that helps prevent spillover for the fast licker, without getting in the way of easy lickers or my cleaning. There is a removable silicone ring for the base if the dish slides where your cat eats; some other dishes either slide too easily or rely on an unglazed bottom rim for traction that is again porous and might scratch some surfaces.

I liked that the cat doesn’t have to bend down and eat while faciing down. this is great and my cat has not vomited his kibbles since he starting eating from this dish!

Adopted a cat with Pancreatitis. I tried out all the other fancy bowls and this is the only one that he consistently finishes his meals with. His new British Shorthair sibling also keeps abandoning her own meal to steal food from here. I was curious so I put the leftovers from her bowl into this Necoichi one – and she happily scarfed it down.Something about the shallowness + tilt + height makes keeps the food in the middle, so cats don’t lose interest and finish. Worth the investment in saved leftovers for me!
