Great for pregnancy!
I love this protein powder! I feel safe using it during pregnancy, and itâs been very helpful for me to get in extra protein, especially being pregnant with multiples. Iâve made protein shakes, hot cocoa, and baked goods with it. It mixes well, and unlike other protein powders Iâve tried, it doesnât have a weird taste or smell. Itâs expensive, but itâs a brand I trust for pregnancy.

Itâs okay
Iâll start off by saying what I did not like. If you drink this in your water, it has a horrible taste. But making a smoothie with it, is not bad at all. Iâve been using it for 2 weeks now and it helps when I need to add protein to my day. I havenât seen the benefits yet on the collagen but then again itâs too soon. Itâs a good product but the price is too much.

This product is fantastic – I started using it while pregnant and have continued it postpartum to support recovery and protein needs. I am impressed with how easily it mixes in to anything – in my experience, it is truly unflavored. Iâve added a little to my morning coffee without any clumping; iâve also added it to smoothies, oatmeal, and so on. Dissolves well and I am impressed by that feature.

AWFUL – made me more nauseous
Absolutely terrible product – it made me feel even more nauseous and I would vomit after every time I drank this protein shake. I can also confirm from the other reviews a slight rash also appeared on my arms too. I mixed this protein powder with ice, fruit and soy to make it taste better and it didnât help. The smoothie came out with a very froathy and foam consistency. I wanted to like this protein powder to help me achieve a nutrient packed breakfast but it made my morning sickness worse. I immediately felt better with my morning nausea after I stopped taking it. I would not recommend this product.
