They work as they should but they donât quite fit my pump like the original flanges do so I have to push them fairly hard against it to make sure itâs in and check throughout the pump session to make sure theyâre still in there firmly. Thatâs is the only reason I took one star away.

Works as promised. Comfortable to wear. I learned that using the correct flange size vs inserts works best. I highly recommend buying the flange size instead of using inserts to get the right size. It does make a difference in output.

They are OK. They fit fine but don’t adhere very well. Plus, they lost their shape after sterilization. I contacted the seller but they weren’t helpful.

These fit on my Medela Symphony pump. In my first use I got a whole ounce more than usual. Definitely pays off to do some trial and error and get your correct flange size. Came out of the dishwasher and sanitizer perfect.

not suitable for medium/large breasts
Review is for silicone rimmed flanges. They are not suitable for medium/large breasts (I am 34C/D). I wish I could return these. Right out of the box, the flanges were much smaller compared to the ones that came with my Medela pump. Also, the flange opening that is too narrow and doesnât form to the breast. I basically threw $15 in the trash by buying these.

Hereâs my no bias and honest review because it seems that what the rest are. Iâll compare against medela maxflow shieldsSizing: 24mm is ever so slightly bigger than medela, the tube is about 1.5x longer which is great and the initial reason I bought them.Fit: For myself, they fit wonderfully! I can however see someone with a very small or very large chest having issues if you are a bigger B or average c, I canât see there being issues. Iâm also no sure how well these would work if you are engorged or extremely full, in those situations I think taking the silicone off until you have soften up would work best.Comfort: 10/10! There was no pinching.

I liked how the company was keen on communicating and staying in touch with me till the product was delivered. As for the flange, I think itâs size is ideal, perfect for me. However having a softer outer edges wouldâve made the pumping experience for me better. Itâs hard to describe, but am comparing it to the medala flanges that have the rubbery/ silicon edges, these ones donât.
