Compact and protective case for dji neo
This hard case is a great match for the DJI Neo, offering excellent portability for such a small drone. Itâs sturdy and relatively compact, making it perfect for protecting your drone and batteries during outdoor activities like hiking.However, there are some design limitations: the case lacks enough room to fit the charging case for batteries, despite having some empty space in the lid. Additionally, the drone slot doesn’t accommodate extra gimbal protection like aluminum guards, though itâs still usable with them.The case would benefit from either being smaller to focus solely on the essentials or slightly larger to include the charging case. Still, it serves its purpose well for carrying the drone and batteries securely when youâre heading out for a quick session.

A clever, colorful protective case for your Neo
I was impressed by the cutouts for two spare batteries that lie beneath the space fr the Neo. The opposite part of the case (the lid) has a zippered mesh compartment for small accessories (spare blades, a charging cable, an SD card). the case itself had a tight seal with the zipper and a (in my case, bright orange) neoprene-like finish that seems to support the waterproof claim. The drone is small and the case doesn’t add much space and provides valuable protection.
