Sturdy & Immediately Loved!
Our 9 year old cat IMMEDIATELY took to this new tree, replacing his old one that he’d had for years and clawed to tatters. It’s only been 24 hours and already he’s played on it and been spotted lounging on every individual level.It is far sturdier than previous cat trees we’ve owned, super easy to assemble, and beautifully carpetted all around (other brands don’t carpet the underside of the levels/tiers).And the height is fantastic! Cats need to feel like the surveyors of their kingdom and if you don’t want them climbing on everything in your house, they need a tall vantage point of their own. The top tier lets him sit up straight and overlook his casa, making him a pinch taller than any of the humans in the house (while maintaining a small floorspace footprint).Totally worth every penny. The only brand I’ll recommend to other cat owners.

Only lasts 9 months
Iâve been buying this product for years. The first tower I bought lasted 3 years, the second lasted 2 years and the new one lasted 9 months before it was falling apart. These used to be made so well and now they weigh less and the posts are thinner and lower quality.

Quality has gone down
I had bought 2 tall cat trees from this company back in 2018. Those get 5 star reviews. This new version was easy to put together, good carpet quality, but the wood is thinner now and the tree itself feels less stable. It looks really nice in the living room, and the cats love it. Decent value for the money, but disappointed with the quality from several years ago. Also, they sent the wrong color this time. Not worth the hassle of returning. Overall, still better than the cheap cat trees.

New Cat Condos are awesome
I enjoy New Cat Condos cat trees for my cats. I’ve had three different ones over the past couple of decades and all are still in use. They’re sturdy enough to handle my really big cats and have no worries about the structure lasting. The coverings are just carpet and sisal wraps. The carpet is susceptible to digging and over scratching, but is straightforward to replace.This specific one is nice because of the layout and when positioned cleverly with other furniture gives multiple routes to get places. There’s enough levels that multiple cats can share without contesting space.

Amazing cat tree
This car tree is the best. It’s well made of solid wood and real carpet, no fiber board or fur covering here. It looks great in our living room, my husband put it together within minutes. Our cats love to perch on top high above everything to survey the land. We could only find cheap, small trees at the stores around us, but got this for half the price and twice the height.

Replaced the Same Condo
The same, original condo bought at Costco a few years back and it was great. As far as cat condos go this is probably the best and takes a lot of abuse. We knew we would be putting it in her catio 24/7 but neglected to remove the snow (monsoons didn’t help, either) so it began to smell a bit recently along with wood warping. She truly missed it when we took it away. Easily put the replacement together tonight and she was in it during the set up she likes it that much. This new one is not as sturdy as the last (she weighs 11 lbs), is shorter than the last, and if you tighten a bolt too tight you cannot remove it so be sure you have all where you want before you hand tighten down. As for the carpet, it seems just fine to us and was installed expertly. We know from before it sheds as cats claw, chew and rip threads out (ours is outside so don’t care). Bottom line is that this will last and we expect many years of use.

When I purchased a different cat tower on Amazon it had to be put together in many parts. This cat tower was so easy to assemble and not many parts. Compared to the other tower this one is actual carpet and super sturdy!! Would definitely buy again
