Can’t say how many free radicals are being scavenged, but for the price it doesn’t hurt to have. Research Now Foods if you would like to know more about the components and production of the product, as well as information on cellular oxidation. All I’m here to say is that I have taken green tea extract, in this exact brand, for about 4 years now and have never experienced any adverse side effects. You can also open capsule and pour into a drink or other tea. Again, for the price, I would say it’s a good buy for something that will ultimately, as far as we currently and scientifically know, will help protect your cells in the long run.Remember, diet and activity are everything to your health, but supplements like these, providing you do your research on what is best, will add to your overall well-being. From what I have personally read from multiple sources, Now capsules are potent and from good production. Do your research and speak with your medical professional before starting any supplement. perfect fuel for the day without having to carry around a mug of green tea. its wonderful in the morning to start the day energized and ambitious. I feel like I go longer in the day feeling freshly awake. or if I wake up with lots of energy, this is a wonderful 3 o-clock boost to help me through the rest of the day. doesn’t make me shaky. good clean energy 🙂 been using it for years 🙂 highly recommendedas a side note, id like to add that this works great (for me) for keeping headaches away. anyone who suffers with migraines knows that sometimes a little caffeine is all it takes to stop a migraine in its tracks. I used to constantly carry with me and pop Excedrin whenever I felt one coming but that stuff is full of chemicals and not kind to your tummy. seems to me that since ive been taking a green tea capsule a day, I haven’t reached for the Excedrin nearly as much. hardly ever in fact.

Thereâs not much more to say than it helps keep you regular. I take it 3 times a day about 30 minutes before my meals and a few minutes after eating it gets things moving. When I donât take it I donât notice myself having the same urge to go. Itâs not a miracle pill and if you eat poorly this will not protect you from those consequences.

Its easy to tell if they actually work. And it doesnt…. Dont waste your money. I had to throw them out because return shipping was more than the bottle.
