pros – cons but great product
I am only take 1/2 the dose – worried over the Liver side effects… personal note only….Pros – easy to swallow, no odd stomach or #2 bathroom issues like some pills have,noticed some body muscle increase, same for body fat decreasing, Notice my craving for Soda Pop, mixed juices, and Tea’s (sugar drinks) have 90% gone away. I am drinking 3times the water – that is good. I started to crave water after the 3rd day of being on them, and it has been 3 months now…. Brain / mental focus has increased and less sore after a work out…Cons – bottle smells REAL bad, pills alone are ok tho. Due to the large water intake now, I don’t pee much during the day, but at night I went from a never getting up to pee for a 8-10 hours sleep …. to a 2-3 times a night to peeing (THIS SUCKS!!! I tired all the time). Then kinda a dry mouth thing going on, drinking large amounts of water ei: stay extra hydrated will fix this but fall behind and you will have a dry mouth/thirst)Side note – Read the side effect online (Mayo Clinic is a good one)…. I was not bothered other than the Liver one, hence the 1/2 dose for me.

I bought three bottles (it’s a long story) of these NOW Spirulina tablets, so I was disappointed when I discovered (1) that I ordered tablets when I wanted capsules; and (2) that I can’t exchange the two unopened bottles. This is an excellent product, and makes a clear difference in my energy level ~ but the smell and taste are too fishy for me. Since I’m stuck with them, I’m taking them; they don’t bother me as long as I take them with food.
These are thieves. I never received my package and they didnât refund my money. I asked Amazon for my money, and they denied to refund my money because the package was delivered according to them. Package was never received. –
