Spirulina really does work!
I knew about Spirulina some time ago but recently tried it again. This Spiruline from Nutracost advertises that theirs is Organic. There is no way for me to test that claim but I can attest to the results of taking this supplement daily. I have more energy and focus than if I don’t take it. I’m sold on this supplement!
The daily dose is six (6) capsules, and taking six more capsules in addition to those I regularly take to keep my immune system at peak performance, isn’t a big deal especially since this supplement has a noticeable positive result. The capsules aren’t hard to take nor is there a taste that you would notice.
This supplement is a foundational staple to my daily regime of nutritional support.

Value for money
This container is huge! I wasn’t expecting such a large container. That being said this is great value for money. I just put into a small glass bottle for ease of use. Use to supplement my iron intake. I mix it into my breakfast smoothie so don’t taste it. It does what it’s supposed to. Very happy with it.

Otherwise this is a very nice product has just enough milligrams for what you need it to do and enough capsules in the bottle for the amount of time you need for it to do it without running out.

Took these in begining and major trots after that… waited 3 months and tried again… same thing happened… great if you want quick colon cleanse, but not as a supplement, at least for me… used with caution…
