Good brighness and range of color temperatures
These little LED lights are great. I replaced old Halogen can lights, and these look clean and modern, and the ability to change the Color Temperature from warm to cool with the multi position switch is really nice.

Worked fine. But needed to adjust the 3 retention springs.
The fixture would not fit tight in the 4 inch new Halo recessed can housing. A 1/8 inch gap was present. The fix was to bend the outer retention spring end inward to form a smaller angle to make the contact edge more parallel to the mating light housing edge instead of a large 45 degree angle as provided.The designers of this product could do better. Test it! Allow a larger front bezel diameter and change the retention spring clip design to grab better. As shipped, these simply do not work with a Halo 4 inch Diam housing. Adjusting the swivel light head for proper alignment and angle is a bit more of a challenge than other similar competing designs. Once install is completed with all the required additional adjustment work, these lights look and worked great. Not much room for covering sloppy hole opening around the existing recessed light fixture. Make sure the area is a clean even surface and well finished ceiling drywall.Unfortunately there are not very many other options for this style of light that mates to a 4 inch recessed light enclosure with a gimble rotating light head. First one installed took 30 minutes and much thought. [almost gave up] The remaining 8 took 6 minutes each to install with a simple modification plan.

Interference
As with the other set we bought, these also create interference with quite a few OTA antenna signals so be aware of this and find a solution if youâll be using them nearby a tv with one. For now we just shut them off for certain channels⦠anyone have a solution for this?They are a great value.

Light reflects when tilted painfully bright
When tilted at all, a substantial amount of light hits the trim and reflects sideways towards the viewer. It’s painfully bright and hideous. Terrible design.
