Easy to swallow
These are great supplements to take to give you the confidence you are getting the proper nutrients while maintaining a low carb diet. They are easy to swallow with no after taste or side effects. When taken as directed, they also help you feel full throughout the day. I also like that these give you electrolytes which help increase your hydration levels.

nice source of apple cider vinegar and etc
normally taking this is pretty benign, i accidentally broke one capsule and my throat was filled with dry chaulk dust. it was very difficult for it to clear my throat.otherwise obviously i cant taste anything in it, the burp is mild. not sure if i feel the benefits of the electrolytes, but its the season i drink alot of water and its dry, so thats a good thingsodium, magnesium, and calcium is always nicei’m a big fan of vinegar, tea leaf, and olive oil.

GReat for Keto, easy to swallow
It’s against Amazon rules to make claims about supplements, so I can go as far as to tell you what it says on the bottle.These are easy to swallow (for me) but I don’t have a hard time with pills anyways.Directions say to take 2 capsules, 3 times a day, and up to 30 minutes before a meal and with a full glass of water.I’ve been on Keto for a while and I really enjoy using supplements with the lifestyle.

Good, but not really different
So, don’t get me wrong — I’ve tried a number of Keto pills from this supplier, and I’ve had fairly consistently good results with them — including being able to verify the ACV by the fact that I can feel it, if I stop taking ACV for more than about two days. So, overall, I think it’s a good product.The biggest issue I have with it is that it seems to be the same as several other products they make… That’s not unheard of (a well known ‘Migraine’ pill also has an ‘Extra Strength’ pill.. that’s the exact same thing, other than the box), but it’s odd, as the price is often different.Regardless, I’ve been doing Keto for quite a while, and beyond the ACV, I try to always take something like this to make sure that the restricted diet doesn’t end up with me deficient in one or another nutrient, and ending up with a stroke, heart attack, etc. I can’t say these (and the other versions I’ve tried) are the reason I’m fine.. but they deserve the benefit of the doubt.

These didn’t upset my stomach or make me feel like I drank 10 cups of coffee or give me the zoomies. They did somewhat help suppress my appetite but I have a huge appetite so that’s a challenge anyway! They don’t smell bad and easy to swallow. Bottle is easy to read and has locking lid.

Using these in conjunction with a KETO diet. So far, I haven’t noticed any weight gain from eating carbs, as long as I pop a couple of these beforehand. I believe they work better than just the Kidney bean pills. They seem to enhance the body’s ability to stay in Ketosis. Not sure they will work for everyone, but they are worth a try for you if you are on a low carb diet

Great probiotics
The description for these Keto pills describe a list of things these pills will do to your body: Fuel your body, better balance, etc. I can not say I saw any improvement un anything listed.However, They will make you go to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day. Complete Cleanse. I’m thinking of ditching my probiotics and fiber supplements for these.
