These have a lot of popular “green” supplements in them
It is difficult for me to write reviews on food supplements. I take a lot of them for overall health and I cannot always tell a difference when I start a new one.I have been taking these capsules for just under two weeks. They are two a day and easy to swallow. The reason I picked this one is the composition of its ingredients: Chlorella (my New Age, crystals and kinesiologist healer in 2010-2014 had me taking chlorella every day, and if you were only to get one of the seven products within this mixture, that’s the one I’d choose); Spirulina (I’ve never used before, but people rave about it); Sea Moss (seems to be all the rage right now — I don’t know its purported benefits); Boswellia (they make Frankincense essential oil from this, and I use the oil from Young Living — this will be much cheaper); Chlorophyll (eat those greens!); and two other herbs I have never heard of and know nothing about. I’m just trusting that Gotu Kola and Bacopa won’t harm me.The product is labeled “Organic.” Amazon says it is from India, which gives me more comfort than wee it from China (where most sea moss mixtures come from). The bottle’s ingredients listing says that the chlorella, sea moss, spirulina, and chlorophyll are all 20:1 extracts [highly concentrated], with the four other herbs being 10:1. I think that means you get a lot more of the important ingredients from their capsules than capsules that do not show concentration ratios (or lower numbers than this one).I went on Amazon to look at the price of this versus comparable products. This looks to be a good value: It is $18.88 for two months. so $9.50 per month. Far less than most of my food supplements. Uheco’s 29,900 mg sea moss is $10.00 (take 3 capsules a day) and Brilhante’s 27,850 mg sea moss is $23 for 150 capsules (a five-month supply). Easy to swallow
I previously was taking a spirulina chlorella supplement where I needed to take 10 little tablets per day for a serving. I found that tedious and was excited to try these capsules instead. The serving is 2 capsules per day. My grandkids loved taking the previous ones but the bottle clearly states on this product that it is not for anyone under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing mothers. I feel like I cannot tell you the health benefits I receive from this product because the FDA may not agree with me but I find this product has helped improve my health.

Decent source of chlorella and spirulina
What you get here is mostly chlorella and spirulina extracts. The dosage is generous thanks to the potency of extracts. Chlorella (550mg of a 20:1 extract) is scientifically recommended at 6 to 15 g per day, and spirulina (300mg of a 20:1 extract) is usually recommended at 2-10g.The “7in1” shotgun approach bundling a number of other supplements is unnecessary. The included amounts are so small as to be irrelevant; this is often referred to as fairy-dusting and considered misleading.With that considered, the product is labeled as “third-party tested for purity & potency.” This part is essential, as some algae products have been known to be contaminated with heavy metals.However, on this topic, I’d like to see a little more transparency on the test results. Similar to cacao, customers should be enabled through manufacturer transparency to buy algae products with the lowest amounts of heavy metals.
