Effective blend and good quality
I’ve tried a number of brands of liquid mushroom supplements in the past year. This blend from DR. BO is one of the better ones for the quality of ingredients used and for the types of mushrooms included here. I like that the ingredients are organic, and that no added sweeteners, flavors or preservatives are in here. The vegetable glycerin does bring a slight sweetness and I prefer extracts with it rather than those extracted with alcohol. According to the label, this is an extract from the fruiting body and mycelium. That’s the best approach and I appreciate that it’s been disclosed. I do notice benefits from taking this in terms of mental clarity and feeling good overall. The liquid is not heavily diluted, and it has a nice, earthy flavor. Considering the quality and variety of mushrooms included here, I feel like this is a good value.

It definitely has the earthy mushroom flavor you would expect! An excellent and easy way to increase mushroom intake. A couple of drops and all set.

Good mix of mushrooms
I like the mix of mushrooms in this Dr. Bo liquid. It is easy to take and pleasant to me. I like that it only has glycerin and water added along with the mushrooms. No alcohol or sweeteners. I think it is a great price. I regularly take mushrooms and all of these are ones I usually take so this works well for me. It is also fresh as mine expires in June of 2026. I would get it again.
