Easy to take
When I first saw serving suggesting was 15 pills, I was in shock. How does one swallow 15 pills??? Thankfully, the pills are tiny making it easy to swallow. I got these for a little boost in greens. We can always use a bit more green in our lives! I appreciate that there is a high concentration of spirulina along with many other nutrient rich stuff. Taking them for a week, I felt more alert with higher levels of energy. Great brand, and reading up on how they process this makes me trust them even more. I am definitely a repeat customer.

I have been wanting to try a spirulina supplements for a while now but never got started because there is so much out there and I didn’t know how to pick a good one. I am so glad I waited because I found Biogenesis! I love that it is made in Australia and I love their process and how transparent they are about their whole company and process (although I don’t like how they felt the need to photoshop in trees and shrubs around the edges of the spirulina ponds in the photo they posted here, see screenshot of their website I uploaded). Love that this is organic too. Organic and made in Australia and so much company and manufacturing transparency and yet this doesn’t cost more than other spirulina supplements! I am not sure why spirulina is always made into these little tiny tablets, but they say the dose is 15 tablets and that gives you 3 grams. All of the studies on spiraling show benefits with spiraling starting as low as 1g and going up to 8g a day, so 3g is a nice middle ground but if you want to stretch your dollars you could do just five tablets a day and still receive some benefit. I am not sure I see any difference on these, not sure one does, I assume all the benefits are internal and need lab tests to confirm. I did start with smaller doses as the product page suggests and had no problems and now am at the recommended 15 tablets a day. Very happy with this product and company and am now looking into getting some of their other products!

Service size is interesting
You can proportion due to serving size. The pills are small and very easy to swallow. No smell or taste is noticeable.

Seems high quality
I received this item for free from Vine. The quality on these seems about the same as the powder my partner has been using. The price is about average for spirulina. A 3 gram serving seems a little high – my partner only takes 5 pills instead of the full 15 which is equal to 1 gram and the same amount as he was taking in the powder form. It gives him the same amount of energy as his powder. The color is the same deep green as all other spirulina Iâve come in contact with. My biggest complaint is that they donât list the iodine content and I canât take these cuz I already take kelp and I donât want to get over do the iodine.

Well, I wrote a very detailed and complementary review of this product… and even took pictures, BUT Amazon (for untold reasons) said it violated community standards. I protest this vehemently, and didn’t violate… BUT, here’s the short and sweet:1.) This product is as clean and fresh as I’ve found in the spirulina category. Vivid color, clean smell, uniform, smooth, highly compressed tablets2.) No dust in the bag3.) Super easy to swallow – even when taking 15 (daily recommendation) at a time4.) Premium sourcing from clean waters, and the country of manufacture and origin is disclosed plainly5.) Small tablets, about twice the width of a US dime, and less than 1/4 the diameter with no sharp or jagged edges6.) Nothing off-putting, unexpected or unwanted in my use of the product.This product is the pinnacle of spirulina supplementation that I’ve found. It’s pretty great, and that’s speaking from 3+ decades of experience. I LOVE this Biogenesis product, and I think you will also.100% HIGHLY recommended.

Feeling good
So far this seems to be a great addition to my health routine. Many years ago I remember a friend claiming that seaweed and algae changed her health. I recently had genetic reports done that claimed I am biologically low in some minerals because I donât produce them and need to supplement. While I am eating healthy and exercising along with my supplements, I really do feel like my well-being is improving every day. The serving size is a lot but they are tiny and easy to swallow.

Fantastic, single ingredient, spirulina tablet formula, with best-case manufacturing practices. The manufacturer has a state of the art way of producing this product and it’s rather remarkable, and it makes sense that this way is superior to other methods. I wanted spiulina mainly for the the chlorophyll, but I love the fact that it’s packed with other vitamins and minerals. If you note the amounts of each nutrient in the Supplement Facts panel, it seems that the amounts compared to RDA, may be a bit on the low side… but from what I understand, since these nutrients are in the form of “food”, basically embedded within a food substance, the “bio-availability” goes through the roof, and it’s in a form that the body can use completely, unlike synthetically derived nutrients, which make up the majority of nutritional supplement on the market, from what I understand. This is a high quality spirulina tablet formula, with an outstanding manufacturing process. I’m glad to have this in tablet form, because trying to mix even a little bit of the powder form into a large smoothie, I could still taste it.

The dosage is 15 little tablets. It is suggested to start with smaller doses and build up to the 15 tablets. I haven’t built up to the larger dose, but so far, so good.
