nice for getting shots in crowded areas
nice for getting shots in crowded areas, however it does put more strain on the motors, and the battery life drains much faster, but its nice for getting shots in areas with lots of obstacles, lets you focus on getting that shot instead of worrying about clipping that poll

with these guards my motors overheated every time i used them and as soon as i take the guards off my mini pro3 ran just fine the remainder of the Batties life.

Does the job but the bad is the weight….
You have protection yes. Works great… but the problem is the turbulence created and the weight… the is little difficult to control but you have the sacrifice something for this protection. Nothing it’s perfect.

Not completely sure about these
So, I love the concept and the extra safety of flying around people (not over them) or obstacles (as the Mini 3 has no sideways obstacle avoidance) but the drone became a bit wonky when I took off with them….kind of bobbing around like it was convulsing.To be fair, I haven’t really looked into the “whys” and am thinking it may have something to do with the front and back obstacle sensors picking them up as they to stick out beyond the props a bit.They seem well made and like they’d be able to stand a bump against a building so this is quite preliminary.

I had high hopes from this item after reading the description. I used in only once to shoot the video of interior of a home. The DJI 3 Pro would sway sideways and won’t be able to stabilize. Flying was much difficult after adding the propeller guard. The battery heats up and drains much faster.Fitting to the arms was a snap. If you want to fly indoors, use all-side sensor drones such as DJI 4 pro or Avata. I assume those would be much better.BTW, it does protect the propeller.Overall, I won’t recommend this item.
