Good taste but not great so it’s easy not to overdo it
These are probably the healthiest protein shakes I’ve found. They’re good but not the best tasting. (I go to Premier or Atkins for that.) But the loss in flavor is well worth the increase in healthiness. And there’s no temptation to drink too many throughout the day. The only reason these aren’t the only protein shakes I choose is they’re a bit pricey. But if you can afford them or get them on sale, give them a try.

Been drinking Owyn 20 grams of protein chocolate protein shakes for years. Just tried these with 32 grams of protein and the “no nut butter cup” flavor. They are fantastic!! Love the flavor better than chocolate and the additional protein is a big plus. I’ll be drinking at least one every day probably as a meal replacement. So glad I tried these.

Thicker than most protein shakes
I decided to try OWYN shakes since they were high in protein, dairy free and gluten free. I also needed something on the go when I donât have time to make a shake. I bought the mixed case of 12 during Prime Day which consisted of:Vanilla- definitely my least favorite! The taste was horrible. Reminded me of asparagus and was somewhat chunky on top of being thick. Not sure if had gone bad so Iâll try another from the case but Iâm not going to force myself to drink it like I did the first one if it tastes that bad again.Chocolate- much better flavor though pretty thick. Had a slight aftertaste but not as bad as the vanilla.No nut butter cup – my favorite! Great taste and much smoother. Definitely will be ordering more of these.

This protein shake is definitely on the thicker side. The vanilla and peanut butter flavors arenât too bad, but the chocolate is hard to get down. Taste wise they’re on the chalky side and leave your lips feeling a little chalky too. Other than that, theyâre not too bad. Decent protein And now Overly sweet.

We became vegan in June. It’s been quite a journey and honestly tough sometimes. Having picky eaters, it’s hard to get the essential nutrients into them that they need. I actually saw this brand on a vegan fb page so I thought I’d try it out. Everyone was talkin about how good it tasted. I’ve purchased a few different brands and we’ve been going through them SLOWLY because the taste of them is just eww…we gota choke um down. Now with OWYN, that is not the case. I love how there are 3 options for flavors. We all love drinking these. They smell good. They taste good. Just a lil too sweet for me so I water mine down a bit but I’m not begging my girls to choke it down. They happily drink it and take it w them for lunch. I workout and then reach for one of these. So filling.
