Sturdy, High Quality, and Comfortable!
I researched pet strollers (features and reviews) for HOURS before settling on this one. I couldn’t be more pleased–by ease of assembly, quality, comfort, and features. I appreciate most the zipperless entry, because I raise and lower the canopy constantly for access and socialization. The large, gel-filled tires are perfect for outdoor use and uneven terrain (groomed trails), and the visibility and ventilation are both superb. I’m using this for my British Shorthair cat, who will soon top 18+ pounds. He’s very comfortable and thoroughly enjoys his stroller outings. This stroller is worth every penny.

Great – except for the front tire.
I just purchased the stroller and loved how smooth and easy the handling is – until I took a walk with it. My poor Chihuahua was very scared when the stroller started shaking uncontrollably. It turns out the front tire doesn’t roll smoothly causing the front tire to shake like crazy. I have just contacted the company and hopefully they will send me a new tire. If they do I will update my review.UPDATE: I notified the company, who responded quickly. Instead of just sending me a new tire, they sent a completely new stroller! Changed my review from 3 to 5 stars!

Bad wheels; great frame.
The video shows the issue everyone is complaining about. I live in a city and use a stroller FOR EVERY WALK to get my older dog to the grass patch one block away. I read all the reviews about people having issue with the front tire shaking violently but decided to roll dice. Unfortunately the front tire on the stroller I received shakes the entire front end stroller making it unusable. I called the manufacturer and they said to try making an adjustment to the front tire nut. This helped for a day and then went back to shaking. And me finishing a few walks on only the back two wheels.Tires aside The STROLLER FRAME is fantastic. The frame is surprisingly sturdy, the strollerâs foot print is small while being spacious inside and the snap closure is great – you just canât use it. If the manufacturer could fix all the front tire problems this would be an amazing product.Not fit for purpose, I had to return it.

My Furbaby loves it.
It is a nice size very functionable easy to operate. I love the rain cover. The three wheels are terrific. Very smooth riding. It seems very sturdy and built well.

Great Product – Piece delivered broken
Been trying to ease our cat into being inside. He seems to like being in it and sleeping there. We’ll look to ease him into strolling around our backyard before walking around the block with him. The product seems sturdy, as it did in the pictures. I’m still assuming that the price is worth it cause every other pet stroller on Amazon just looked cheap.A piece did come broken off from the little plastic part above the front wheel. Not sure how to message the seller about this though. Would love to know if that is a part that could have a replacement sent.

Do Not buy this stroller .!!!
Hello , I should have read the reviews before buying the stroller. But even more important, the manufacture should correct this known problem that the stroller has. I have a paralyzed cocker spaniel that rides in the stroller in the front will wobble so bad while pushing it that sheâs almost fell out numerous times. I will now be returning the stroller and do not suggest anybody purchasing it until they fix the issue.

I bought this stroller two times. The front wheel of my first stroller started wiggling. Now with my second stroller itâs doing the same thing.

He Loves riding it! Not Afraid! He can see out front, there’s at back, Top to look out. Like the Cover so Can’t jump out or anything. Plus a Rain/ Wind cover. He’s 20 pounds has Plenty of room to Lay down. It’s a little Hard to Fold down, probably because it’s new. It fit Folded behind passager seat of my truck. I would purchase again. 🙂

This stroller no longer has a zipper to close the pups in! It closes easily with one hand and clicks into place. The fact that the front wheel can be locker into place or set so that it can pivot makes this a highly maneuverable and very easy to manage. It arrived fast, well packed and with everything included in the box: a matching bed and the rain cover.

I was happy to buy this stroller used at a discount from the seller but I didnât know there was something really wrong with this stroller and what is upsetting is that I found out about the issue pass the return date option so itâs closed for return now but I purchased this stroller in October and we are in December so thatâs only about two months. I didnât think anything was wrong with it until I ran across the street so cars wouldnât have to wait too long for me to cross the road but I had to stop immediately because wheels where shaking like crazy. I never run because i have a knee injury so it was my first time running and right away I remembered how I saw many Amazon reviews about wheels coming off and issues with wheels so i knew I had gotten a damage stroller. So I would like for the seller to make this right and take back this stroller because If I would have known before I would have returned the stroller. And what pushed me to write this review tonight is because I also broke my beautiful cup this week because the cup holder on this stroller is so small none of my cups fit in the cup holder I wanted to wash my hands and had nowhere to put the cup so I put it in the cup holder even though it doesnât fit it was fine until the dog start moving in the stroller the cup fell to the ground right away and broke. I think manufacturers need to fix this issue with strollers itâs a common problem with many stroller I just donât get it just make the cup holder larger not so difficult please.I will make an update if the seller does fix the issue.Edit:The seller agreed to sent me a replacement so I am so happy and I added more stars because of the great service. Apart from the issues I mentioned itâs a great stroller and what I really like about it is the lower mesh window that allows small dogs to see I have two dogs and the little one is always looking through the lower mesh windows and I donât see a big window like this one on any other stroller so at lease they got something right!!! Check the last picture to see the lower window I am talking about. Thanks again to the seller for the replacement so appreciated!!!

Easy to use very light. I am actually running wcery day with my boston. She loves it. Wheels are great and there is good shock absorption can run on gravel etc. Love it so far.
