Very sharp and the guard stays in place.
The guard does not loose grip like others that I have purchased that I have to keep adjusting or just hold in place so I don’t cut too much. I’m sure that this will get dull with use as well but it’s a very sturdy set of clippers. Easy to hold (I have small, arthritic hands with carpal tunnel) and easy to squeeze. I really like this toenail clipper and if the blade gets dull, I will purchase another one since I don’t think we have anyplace around here that sharpens scissors or clippers.

Works great for my cats
I needed to replace an old pair and decided to get these. First, I like the size. Fits in my hand well and easy to control. The blades cut very well. They are sharp and cut through without âshreddingâ the nail. They just feel like solid quality. Squeezing the handles, it is smooth and neat. Definitely recommend for cats or small dogs.

I love Girl With Dogs social media posts and the work she is doing so wanted to support her. Happily, the product is top notch and I’m very happy with my purchase. When my corgi was a puppy she freaked out during nail trims so we switched to the Dremmel method. However, I wanted to cut down on my time so decided to try these. My dog doesn’t even seem to notice and they are precise and easy to use. I will definitely buy more ‘girl’ products!

Great clippers – sharp and sturdy
I bought these clippers to help a very elderly cat with her grooming. She has always hated having her claws clipped, but barely notices what I do with these, they are so sharp! I also like their solid feel and the safety locking tab (not to mention the blunted claws!)

I absolutely love these! They are so sharp and the guard is so helpful. I have purchased much more expensive clippers in the past but these are better than all of them.

These are the worst trimmers I have tried.They donât line up to cut clean, thereâs space between the blades so they leave the ends shattered, and splintered. The spring doesnât coil and they get stuck in the closed position.Worst ones I have ever paid for .
