I had taken this for a month and must say it works well. My energy level increased and appetite curbed to a healthy extent. Due to illness I have to stop taking all my supplements but look forward to reordering and continuing. Everyone is different with all vitamins and supplements but this was a plus for me.

This PhenFit does control appetite and boost energy. I usually take it on the day and before I go workout. Only take one pill at the time at the beginning till your body and stomach is fully adjust to it otherwise the jitteriness and stomach discomfort might be too much. Balanced diet with exercise is still the key but this definitely helps

Very good product. Helps curb appetite and give you energy. Not overwhelming but slow and steady after taking them. When it does wear off, you will be hungry so be prepared to continually take them or keep healthy snacks.

I take all 4 in the morning mostly to get energy but I also noticed improved mood which I like because I have been trying to find natural supplements rather than take SSRI’s which also lead to weight gain.I’ve been taking these consistently since Mid September til now. I use a smart scale to weigh myself weekly and so far, I’ve lost 10lbs. I’m addicted to these and will buy more! I do notice after losing 10lbs, I can’t lose anymore but I have hope that I can lose at least 5 more before the new year.I also want to note I don’t exercise. I do have a job where ill get at least 10k steps once a week but not consistently.
