Best one yet
This is the best sonicare toothbrush I have had yet. I’ve owned three so far and each was better than the last. This one replaced my diamond care version. This has the 30-second timer and two-minute timer like the diamond. But it has more options. It has 3 intensities and 4 cleaning modes. I tried it with the same brush head that I was using with my diamond, and this brush was faster and operated more smoothly. The handle is more sleek so it fits my hand better. It charges quickly and stays charged longer. It also came with options to charge by a wall socket with base or by USB and a different base. I’m so glad I chose this sonicare!

MY DENTIST CLEANINGS HAVE GONE DOWN TO ONCE A YEAR
The product is superb, particularly if you have the right brushes. I used to have to get 4 cleanings a year because of tartar and stain buildup. Since I have been using the Philips Sonicare products, I am now down to once a year because my dentist found no need for the frequency. The only issue I have is this is my second one, the first one died after 18 months. I am not sure if that is normal.

Wow!
I’m on week three of using this toothbrush. I upgraded from a standard toothbrush and have been skeptical of the newer brushes for years. I don’t believe I will ever be going back. The motions that cause the head of the brush to work cannot be duplicated by the human hand. I feel that I’m getting ten brush sessions in one session. My teeth feel that much cleaner after using. I love how it times the sections of your teeth so you brush the optimal amount of time. I can’t say enough about this toothbrush. It charges well. It has a low profile cabinet top stand and comes with one replacement head. Well done, Philips!

Deep clean feels like deep clean
You get the quality you’d expect from Phillips with the extra features like the deep clean and whitening. Would definitely recommend buying this product again

Let’s talk about this honestly… + UPDATE
I am tempted to add a video/review. I have been a Sonicare user for 20+ years. I have one that is VERY old and I kind of like the vibration on the old one better. I felt like it was doing a better job cleaning, but they don’t make my model anymore. That being said, I did give this new one a quick try and my teeth do feel very clean (maybe a little bit more than with my old one). The toothbrush heads that came with it are not well thought of at all. I like to be able to put my head INSIDE a cover, not just place the cover on the front of the bristles! Gross. So I will just get my regular all enclosed brushes for them. I am sure the battery life will be great as my ancient one still holds a charge for 2+ weeks… onto to the travel case. Not seeing the point. I put my handle, head and charged in my personal sack and it travels just fine. I thought the travel case somehow could be charged on its own and brought along much like a travel cell phone charger. But if you have to pack the USB cord and wall adaptor what does that save you? The travel case is big and takes up more space than the regular wall charge, handle and heads would in let’s say a zip lock bag (to give you an idea of what I mean). I will hold the right to update this review as I am traveling this weekend and will see how I feel about the HUGE travel case. I just feel like if you have to remember the travel case charge then why not just remember your wall charger? The toothbrush was not cheap. I hope it lives up and beyond what my ancient one is still doing. So you may ask, “Why do you need a new one if you still have a great ancient one?” Answer, I wanted a second one to keep in my travel bag, so it would be one less thing to pack and I would always be ready to go. I just wish it wasn’t so quiet (makes no sense). All in all I would never give up Sonicare brand. I bought an Oral B and was disgusted by its lack of power and returned it immediately. Sonicare is the way to go. Like I said I am a lifetime user and my dental cleanings take like 10 minutes start to finish with little scraping involved. UPDATE: I don’t mind the fact that it’s quieter. It definitely cleans my teeth better (I didn’t think that was possible). Love the easy to read settings and I don’t have to apply hardly any pressure, just glide the brush over my teeth. I am traveling this weekend and am bringing the old one as my only item on the plane is packed solid and the case it just too bulky for the bag.

Great toothbrush but some concerns about quality and longevity
Recommendation: Carefully check if toothbrush works properly before using it (does it charge? does it switch on when you put on the toothbrush head and also check if the beep that indicates that it’s time to focus on brushing the next quadrant is not too long – that’s how I noticed that my first toothbrush was broken).I bought this model after my first phillips sonicare (the 6100 model) broke way too fast in under 2 years. When my new Philips Sonicare ExpertClean 7500 arrived, it didn’t switch on properly when putting a toothbrush head on it and if it did the beeps for switching sides in the mouth were longer than they should be. I’m grateful to the amazon customer service that concluded that it had an electrical defect and I could exchange it. The second try worked. I like how well the toothbrush cleans my teeth and how clean my mouth feels for hours afterwards. There is definitely a huge difference to brushing teeth manually. I also appreciate the pressure sensor that tells you when you’re brushing too hard. What I don’t like is that the toothbrush feels cheaper and less durable than my old 6100 model (it’s much lighter, the plastic feels cheap). Moreover, the battery life is much shorter compared to my old toothbrush which doesn’t feel like much of an upgrade. In conclusion, I like the deep cleaning that the toothbrush does and the build in pressure sensor that makes sure that I don’t brush too hard. However, I have some concerns about the longevity of the toothbrush since it feels even cheaper than the model I had before (and which broke too fast). If it breaks in under two years this will be my last sonicare toothbrush.

I have used an OralB electric toopthbrush for years, but this seems to me that it cleans even more effectively with the higher vibrations and does leave my teeth feeling very clean. My hygienist recommend it for cleaning the gums especially around implants.

Best brushing but will last lesss than a year and compared to the price might not be worth it to buy a new one each year. Couldnât find anyway to get it fixed or replaced. Disappointed.

It is a good toothbrush but on the pricey side. The app is not working that well. Philips need to update the app.

I switched from OralB to Sonicare. I prefer the Sonicare in terms of cleaning and various settings. Expect, the durability doesn’t seem as great.
