Tasted Great
I found that these tasted delicious; really good gummies, texture and taste was superb which is why I am giving this a nod. For assisting with sleep, I really haven’t noticed anything. I’ve been taking two gummies, recommended dose, about 30 minutes before heading to bed for just over a week now. I’ve not noticed falling asleep easier, staying asleep better, or waking up feeling more rested. I’ve tried other sleep supplements in the past and found little success outside of just melatonin so it could be a ‘me’ thing but still was a bit bummed this didn’t seem to help.***Edit and rating update (2* to 4*): Since this didn’t work to well for me, I past them off to my niece. She absolutely loves these; so it was definitely a ‘me’ thing. For her, it wasn’t an aid to get to sleep but helped stay asleep and feel more rested. So while this wasn’t for me, it did get happily used and their service is just top notch; they reached out based on my initial review, extremely friendly and helpful

Great alternative to melatonin
I have bad insomnia and struggle with both falling and staying asleep. I try to avoid melatonin since it’s been known to worsen symptoms for other things, and this is a really good alternative. My ability to fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time has improved quite a bit since taking them. The taste is good, it’s a subtle fruit flavor without having an overly gummy or sugary texture.

Yummy gummy, NOT organic
I like the cherry taste of these gummies and the recipe. However, even if it says that it is free of herbicides and pesticides, I am concerned because there is no organic certification. Without proof it is an empty claim and it may be laden with pesticides and heavy metals. If you don’t care about that, it is worth a try. There are 60 small (garbanzo bean size) gummies in it and you take two per night. There was a sticker on my package to scan and obtain a free sample of a different variety. Can’t speak about the effect yet as it may take a while to work. I used 2 gummies one night as directed and slept well, but it may have been a coincidence. BPA free package a plus.
