You’ve Got To Get One!
Got this thing just for recreational use but now I don’t leave the house without it! It’s addicting! This is a good drone, especially for beginners like me. Easy to use and takes great videos and pictures. The 3 axis gimbal on the camera makes for very stable video even with wind. This drone operates with an app, your phone and GPS. No cellphone service or WIFI needed. Depending on how windy it is, the battery lasts about 20 minutes. I love my drone!

The Potensic Atom is a terrific beginners drone
I had two DJI beginner drones in my Amazon cart for a long time but couldn’t justify spending the money on either one. I found out about the Potensic Atom 4K 3 way gimbal drone when I watched a YouTube video about it. The Atom Fly More Combo was on sale and the reviews looked good so I decided to take a chance and buy it at a much lower price than either of the DJI drones that had similar features. To sum it up, I love the Atom. It was fairly easy to setup and works perfectly. I’m amazed at how well it handles windy conditions. The photo and video quality is excellent considering that it has a small CMOS sensor. The combo includes a very nice case that fits the components very nicely with sufficient protection from accidental drops. As far as I can tell, the Atom is one of the best beginner drones at an excellent price.

Very good company and very good drone
This video is from my Potensic Atom 3-Axis Gimbal that I just received. The 3-Axis Gimbal is a game changer for this drone, it takes very nice videos and pictures.I originally received a Potensic Atom SE for a Christmas present in December of 2023. I used it quite a bit and I was pretty happy with it until the last firmware update. After the update if I did not calibrate the compass every time I turned it on and flew the drone, it would immediately crash upon hovering off the ground. Usually the drone will prompt you before you fly to calibrate the compass if it requires it but after the firmware update it would not always prompt me .So I contacted Potensic customer service and they were very responsive after my email the next morning. They wanted my flight logs on the Atom SE which is completely understandable, but unfortunately I reinstalled the Potensic app thinking that would correct my crashing problems and in doing so it deleted all my flight logs.But we came upon an agreement which satisfied me and now I have the Potensic Atom 3-Axis Gimbal model.So far it is a big improvement in image quality, the 3-axis gimbal really produces great pictures and video.The video attached was taken on a fairly windy day (7mph with higher gusts). I am very impressed with the drone and the company.

The best 4k drone in its class
This drone is above and beyond expectations. The camera quality is mind blowing. The video image is sharper than ever. There is true color in every shot and in every clip. The camera is super stable and it handles the wind like a true champion. I guarantee you will be making the best decision if you decide to purchase. In addition to the drone quality the customer service is top notch. They reached out to me for issues within a matter of minutes and resolved with ease. The Potensic Atom is the drone of 2024. Don’t let it sell out. Get you one now it is the funniest thing ever but will also fulfill your professional drone needs.

Video was meh at best
The video kept flickering regardless of settings and lighting conditions and it wasn’t as sharp as 4k should be. It flew very well but the video was more irritating than enjoyable.

So cool I couldnt throw out the batteries or remote after I wore out the 1st one
I had countless hours and fun with the original and wasn’t ready to call it quits after getting the fly more package that I spent another $200 to keep enjoying the fun. Now I have the atom SE and 2 atom 3 axis because I’ve turned my wife and kids onto the fun of potensic. Not nearly as complex to fly as you’re probably thinking my wife and kids fly with me and they are all addicted. Best drone for the money and unmatched customer support. It’s hard to believe a company such as potensic could fly under the radar considering how advanced their products are. No remote id or registration needed just a 30 minute safety course online and hours of fun that even an 8yr old can enjoy

Superior camera drone
I had been flying mostly FPV quadcopters built out of separate components for years. After watching an Albert Kim YouTube video test flying this machine, I decided to give this “DJI-type” camera drone a try. The Potensic Atom has tremendous capabilities with the added security of GPS aided return to home feature. It is very high quality and really a blast to fly! Videos and stills are stunning. Highly recommended.

This is my second Atom. The summer picture is taken with the SE and the winter photo is taken with the Atom. Not too many flights yet with the Atom, but it performs great flights like my SE. So far so good, I double check to be sure the battery is clipped in, make sure home point is refreshed before flying away and that you have at least 12 satellites.So for so good and very happy with the Potensic customer service! A+
