Designed for maximum leakage protection, Prevail Underwear features Comfort-Shape Plus with gentle elastics that shape to your body for a more comfortable and discreet fit than standard adult diapers. The cloth-like outer cover is soft and comfortable for all-day wear while ventilated waist panels allow air to pass through, reducing heat buildup and promoting healthy skin. Prevail Underwear is the #1 rated brand in the healthcare industry. Each product is constructed with a discreet core technology that allows for thinner, highly-absorbent material that enables the user to move more freely and confidently. Combined with a super absorbent polymer for dual protection, Odor Guard technology is proven to reduce the total amount of odor-causing ammonia formed during and after use. Moisture is quickly locked in upon contact for added leakage protection while the soft outer fabric provides additional all-day comfort. Size 2X-Large fits waist sizes 68 to 80 inches for a snug and comfortable fit. Each Prevail incontinence product features a proprietary Quick Wick layer of material with MaxSoft Technology that provides advanced softness with rapid liquid absorption for optimal product performance. This package includes four packs of underwear with 12 pairs per package for a total of 48 individual pairs of disposable underwear. Nice fit
These briefs are nice. When my cancer returned 2 years ago, the tumor laid on the tube that carries urine from kidney to bladder. I received a nephrostomy bag that I wore for a year. The bag is gone, but my body is still healing with stents in the bladder. After chemo gave me another higher level of of urine output, briefs were necessary. The body heals at its own rate. I will be using these briefs as long as I need.

    Great product
Got these for my sister, she’s in a nursing home and is able to get these on and off very easily.

    Comfortable, absorbent, but can leak
This adult brief has a really wide panel over the crotch which helps in preventing leaks, but not completely. Be aware that as the crotch panel gets compressed, the more of a risk of leakage occurs. Overall, the brief is more affordable than some of the other adult briefs on the market if you don’t mind knowing you will need to change the brief for the compression to avoid leaks.

Best fit so far for Plus size
I have tried all sorts of pads even to a point of putting 4 or 5 in my underwear at the same time and they all leaked so bad I had to change clothes 5-8 times a day. Being a plus size makes it hard to find diapers or incontinent briefs. The main issue is folds of skin push out in unique ways based on your body and no one else’s. So finding anything that will form fit has been impossible. The form fit is CRUCIAL since water follows the creases in your skin when you are overweight and comes out in areas that can not always be predicted. So in the past, I have 4-5 pads but still get my panties and the floor wet since I do not have full coverage.Prevail 2X LG not only is big enough to fit me (I wear 4x-5x pants) but the elastic form fits better than my panties and protects from leaks better. I do add extra pads to the Prevail because they are cheaper to change than the Prevails and make them last a bit longer.I wish they had a wider spread in the crotch area and were higher waisted; They tend to be a bit short in the back. I turn them around sometimes and add pads based on my activities. They do not prevent all leaking such as a baby’s diaper can. But I no longer have to wash 3-4 towels and 4-5 underwear every day. If I am careful, I change a couple of pads to wear them longer and throw them away when I need to.The elastic stretches out after taking them on and off 4-6 times depending on how much you pull on them and the paper is fragile so you have to be careful not to pull too much or you will put your fingers through it. The best way to take them down if you plan to pull them back up is slide them and just let them fall – it saves the elastic. They are the best I have found for the price.

    Get the 360 Breezers.
I’ve been buying the 360 Breezers for many years and I’ve been happy with them except I would prefer a pull-up style. The description of these have me the impression that these were essentially the same but in a pull-up design. I’m very disappointed in these for two reasons:1) I wear the 360 Breezers in a size 3 and they fit perfectly. Looking at the chart for these I clearly fall into the 2X size on the chart. These in the 2X are WAY WAY to big for me which is confusing and disappointing.2) These are not even close to the absorbency, leak residence, and just overall comfort.I’m going back to the 360 Breezers. The side connectors work well I just thought a pull-up would be a little more convenient. Unfortunately, These are just no where near the overall quality of the 360 Breezers so I continue to recommend them as the best adult “diapers” available.

If You Must Use Disposable Diapers, Choose Prevail!
I hate the idea of having to buy these disposable diapers because it means that I can no longer use the bathroom like a normal person. What is normal? Unassisted? Needing no help? Going when I want? At any rate, since I must use them, at least I have found a brand that is practical and suits my needs. I like to order 2 boxes of Prevail which comes in 4 packs of 12 diapers each. As a Prime member, I can receive them within 2 days by Fed Ex. When I get down to 3 packs, I place my next order. I don’t like for my supply to get low, so I like knowing that I can expect my order to arrive promptly within 2 days with time to spare, and I still have at least a pack or more left from my previous order. You just never know how many days you’ll use more diapers than usual because of what you ate or drank. Also, during bad weather, there could be delays because of snow, ice, hurricanes etc. It’s good to store emergency diapers just like you store emergency food. The price is reasonable and I like the diapers! There is absorbancy where it’s needed most; between the legs. The material doesn’t need to be thick along the panty part. What’s so cool is that when you need to change, you just find the side seam, grasp, then rip it inch by inch until you get to the end. Then do the other side. You’ll need to find the best method of what works best for you as far as how to actually remove it. All in all, I think I like Prevail the best. I’ve tried 2 others. I don’t like the ones with the tabs. I prefer the pull ups. The tabs might be better for an adult who has a caregiver who has to put the diapers on then remove them. It might be too difficult to use the pull ups on someone who can’t stand.

My husband tried a few different brands and these are the most comfortable and do the job they are meant to do. They also have come quicker than stated when we order them.

So having a hard time with COVID getting the standard always brand we normally get for family. There isn’t many options for 2x, so I gave these a try.Wasn’t expecting much, but pleasantly surprise. Fits well, a little “heavier” than the Always but better that than too thin.Size label goes in the back (printed not a tab) with no bows or lines. I’m thinking this us Uni-sex not womens/mens.Seems to be a great replacement option till things get back to normal.
