Tastes great and not âgrittyâ
Ok listen- I have tried ALL the protein powders. And I have thrown away pricey containers (or given them away) because I just couldnât gag them down. This is the one you want. I put it in my morning coffee, add a splash (a small splash) of half and half and give it a whirl with my hand held frothed or, if Iâm being fancy, my immersion blender. It is delicious and starts my day with caffeine and protein. Itâs not gritty. Itâs not to sweet and doesnât get thick and gross. Itâs also great as hot cocoa when itâs cold. I use half water and half coconut /almond milk, whisk it all together and heat it up. You wonât even miss the marshmallows:Pros: tastes great, one scoop is enough, lower cost than many, low calorie, collegan and protein makes skin and nails healthyCons: not super high in protein but with the low calories, you can afford 2 scoops if you want.Enjoy!!

Tastes good and works well
I was having a lot of hip pain and knee pain with starting to walk more. I added this in with some other supplements and not having that deep joint pain as I was. Typically I blend this into a smoothie with a blender and it blends in well. It doesn’t mix well in cold drinks by hand very easily, although it does work well in hot drinks when mixing in by hand. It tastes really great in coffee and curbs my craving for chocolate in a healthy way

Tastes absolutely incredible (white bits are fine, it’s coconut)
No other protein powder has ever been enjoyable to drink, except for the fruit flavored clear ones. But of the regular chocolate vanilla etc protein powders this is the only one that I have ever actively enjoyed drinking. I look forward to my workout day bedtime routine where I chug a couple scoops with milk.I wish it had higher protein content, and that it would mix easier….but tbh I kind of like the little chunks lol even blending it it’s still chunky tho….And like I said, to the ppl complaining about it’s white and therefore gone bad, the white is coconut (powder I guess?)
