These lights work great, just as advertised. They do not have colors, the settings are just on and off but that is what I wanted.

A little tricky to get all four…
Having all four on the same lighting fixture and getting them ALL to cooperate was challenging. You’ll find the first and the second are no problem, but then the others force you to do the reset process, which then resets them all again. So the reset process is flick the on/off light switch 3 times slow…then you can re-install. Further, Alexa struggled a bit with them, but Google Assistant handled it with out issue, after Google took over, Alexa did seem to fall in line. Strange. Anyway, I needed the dimming feature to be darker as a home defense/security feature, but it’s not dim enough. Oh well, can’t win them all, just glad I was able to find all four for $37 versus 1 for $40 at best buy.

Check for dimension before buying
Sadly it is a bit too wide and long for the wall sconce this was intended for. So instead , I added an E26 base adapter I had at home so was able to use this smart bulb in a lamp instead. Connected with no problems and works with Alexa.

I didnât like them
Iâm my chandelier:I really wanted these bulbs. I ordered the 1st set and one of the bulbs was a warm hue and 3 were white. I didnât notice at 1st but when the warm hue bulb wouldnât connect to my WiFi, I sent them back for a replacement. This time all the bulbs were the same. It took too much time to get ALL the bulbs to connect (days). Then, when I prompted the bulbs to on, 2 comes on and 2 doesnât. When I look in the app, 2 have loss connection. Trying to reconnect only 2 without connecting the other two is difficult. It adds multiple lights within the appâ¦it just continues to add bulb 1, bulb 2â¦.all the way up to bulb 39 is when I gave up. Itâs probably more but I was deleting some as I was trying to connect them. It adds the other bulbs thatâs already connected again and again. Once I finally got them connected AGAIN, they come on 1 at a time, or 2 at a time, or 3 then 1. Sometimes a couple doesnât come on at all. Iâm a very patient person but Iâve run out of patience and just tired of messing with it. I have other Geeni bulbs in lamps and they have been working perfectly for years, but I found that these bulbs work great individually but not as a group in a chandelier. I sent them back.

Just what I wanted! I already have a geenie camera and these bulb work with the same app. It was easy to connect them and set them up. I was also able to group them to get them to function together. It was a great way to up grade this old chandler that was my Mimi’s.

Setup was infuriating and dimming is not great, let’s see how this goes
The good:about $10 a bulb for candelabra-base bulbs, instead of literally $50 each for Hue candelabra color bulbs or $35 for two Hue white candelabra bulbs. I need six bulbs for my chandelier, so this was the biggest pro.Classic candle shape bulb, not as chunky as the weird faux-flame LED bulbs I was replacing. These look like they’d work well with miniature clip-on shades if that’s the look you’re going for.Warm white light – 2700K is what the bulbs I was replacing put out as well, not bad light for a dining room.They are dimmable.Alexa integration was pretty seamless.The bad:Setup was infuriating and help options through the app were not helpful at all. Finally, in an act of desperation I reset my router and that enabled me to set up the bulbs. While they were in pre-setup mode, they flashed the whole time- half quickly, half slower, all strobey and headache-inducing(see video.)Even 1% is still pretty bright – yes, turning the whole fixture to 1% does appreciably dim the room, but I was hoping for a little more range. 100% should obviously be bright, but 1% in these bulbs feels equivalent to 15% from my Hue bulbs. The photo of the fixture shows the left bulb at 1% and the two on the right at 100%.Not tunable at all, despite what they say. If warm/cool white light color range is important to you, I’d maybe go with the color bulb version – but those were out of stock for another two weeks so I figured “if I can tune the white light, these will do what I need!” You cannot tune these from bright/cool white to a warm white. They do thankfully sit at an agreeable light temp for the room I’m using them in, but the product description says “tunable white” when it should say “dimmable warm white”The app is hot garbage. Thankfully now that they’re up and working, I will hopefully not interact with it again until it’s time to replace a bulb with one of the two extras I have since they were sold in sets of 4 and I needed 6. It’s not clear how to group bulbs into a room or a fixture, and while I’m all in favor of being multilingual, maybe not in the same app? there’s a setting in the “smart scenes” tab that is clearly on and off, but is not labeled in English. Only after messing around with it did I realize you apparently need to create one entry to turn the lights in a scene on and another entry to set their brightness. Like I said, not planning to interact with the app with any regularity, but if I have to have an app for these lights, it could be better.The actual bulb base is longer than either of the bulb types I was replacing, so they sit higher in the fixture and look a little wonky and bobblehead-y. There’s also a weird silicone-ish collar around the base of the bulb that I don’t know the purpose of – it’s see through and blends with the bulb, but what is it?

All the colors are fun
Need to be sure you have a great wi-fi connection so the bulbs stay connected. I put an extender just outside my bedroom, I have 3 bulbs in my ceiling light. Having the extender near has kept the connection constant. All the options make this fun. I have not used it with Alexa or Google.

I wanted to change out some old chandelier incandescent bulbs with smart leds. These work perfectly with the SmartLife app to interface.with.Alexa. I ended up buying them twice.more since my first purchase.

This needs 2.4G wifi to connect. However being someone who finds technology difficult and complicated, this was really easy to install, three bulbs easily got connected to wifi and the app. However forth bulb just did not. It never blinked despite trying to reset it several times, so it just didn’t connect to wifi or the app. So one of four bulb is defective.Unhappy about that. Have contacted seller let’s see what solution they provide. This sold by seller so Amazon is not able to help much, which it otherwise does, if there is issue with product.Now if as forth bulb is defective and I need the forth bulb, not sure if I have to buy another pack of two may be and keep my fingers crossed so that one of it will atleaar connect to wifi and the app, so all four on the light fixture are working and can be controlled using the app
