Macro lens is fun â no warranty included despite description
So the lenses themselves are fun. I wanted this specifically for the macro lens. Iâm thinking of ordering a second to see which macro copy I prefer.The pros:1. Decent weight to the lenses telling me theyâre not completing garbage2. They are compatible with iPhone 15 pro3. Macro is 15x so you can get a taste of macro on a very limited budget4. Clarity of image with the macro lens is decent.5. No noticeable vignetting from my copy6. The zippered case is nicer than a baggieThe cons1. There is no lens cap for the back of the lens for the wide angle lens when youâre only using the macro lens2. Same goes for the macro when using wide angle3. There is NO warranty and anyone in their right mind would NEVER INSERT A USB STICK INTO A DEVICE FOR A WARRANTY!!! I canât stress this enough.4. I went to Xenvoâs webpage for warranty info and there isnât anyâso there is no warranty5. You can achieve an image with bokeh, however Iâve found it doesnât always look nice. Itâs better looking when I have a lot of natural sunlight and I will get the desired round bokeh rather than just a blurred streaky background.6. Clarity with the macro lens is decent â greatest clarity is in the middle of the lens (and to the center left it seems on the glass I received) so if youâre into the golden rule, it may be tough or not meet your expectations7. Halo edges when there is high contrast is extremely common with this macro lens8. Depth of field is okOverall, this has been a fun macro exploration for $40 versus a $700-$1000 lens that Iâm unsure about really wanting (although, I know it would be awesome but Iâm not all in on macro at this point), so Iâm satisfied!

No need to look any further!
There is a reason the is the #1 best seller! Comes as advertised. Great tips and instructional videos. That little light has 3 brightness levels and really is strong. I bought this more for macro and figure the wide angle is just a bonus! Love the included lanyard to wear around your neck and the little case that comes with a carabiner.Part of the time I am I in a garden and wanted this to take pictures and post to social media to get people interested in coming to the garden. It beats taking my expensive digital SLR camera. And the wide angle will be great for group shots and panning. Think of all the uses!If you make instructional videos on small detail things (watches, clocks, queen bee rearing, skin lesions, wound healing, needle work, seed harvesting, pest identification on plants, jewelry making) then I can see this being very handy and enhancing your videos and stills.Two possible recommendations:1) an additional cap to protect the Trueview lens when stored in the case while using the macro lens.2) option to have different colored light on the glow clipI donât feel these are reason enough to mark this fabulous product down to 4 stars.FYI- The picture of the eye is me using the front facing camera (selfie camera) with the macro lens.I hope you enjoy this as much as I am!

Doesnât work well with iPhone 16 Pro Max
This product is not compatible with the iPhone 16Pro Max, which features three cameras. A more detailed review is provided below, but the device is too cumbersome to attach and operate effectively. Although it is well-constructed, I had hoped it would function properly, but unfortunately, I will be returning it.

What a difference
Once you get this lens put together and attached, you don’t think it’s a difference maker but after I was looking at taking a landscape picture I took the lens off and then back on to see how much viewing for the camera it gave me and wow it was fantastic!Even the detail in close to objects was a finer detail. The warm light was a pleasant surprise.It features 3 settings for brightness. Buy this, a great addition to my photo taking!

Great small lens addition to my iPhone 14 Pro
The macro lens is really neat and the instructional videos are extremely helpful on how to use each lens. I just received mine today.So I quickly tried it out by taking hand held photos.Therefore the focus isnât as good as it could be. I like the use of the small light source since that did help take better photos with the macro lens. I used the highest setting. For the iPro 14 I had to change the position of the macro lens for the correct iPhone lens and as well as for the wide angle lens. It does make the iPhone heavier so for the Macro use a tripod would be a great help.These orchid flowers are about 5 mm or less in length. I hadnât realized that these plants had mealy bugs until I took the photos! I would recommend buying this lens for the quality, ease of use and price.

While my iPhone takes great close up photos, the addition of the Zoom in this Xenvo Pro Lens kit allows for up ‘really, really’ close shots of nature as you can see in the photos.
