This brand has got to be the most effective of 7-Keto-DHEA that I have tested so far. I purchased a couple of other brands, one which was 25 mg of 7 Keto DHEA from The Vitamin Shoppe and I was not satisfied with the results. Love the Quality, Unsure of the Result
My testosterone has been extremely low (off the charts low on my blood work). My Doc has recommended that I go over the counter route to try to naturally increase that number versus getting a prescription. In the past year, I’ve been experimenting with various over-the-counter Keto Supps. I started with the brand Beverly International 7-Keto pill and took that for many months. With that my Testosterone increased, spiked to super high and then normalized when I cut the dose. After getting my Testo back within the lower end of the normal range, I switched to this brand as I believe this is a very high quality Keto product. I’ve only taken this product for about a month and when I redid my labs, my Test is still on the lower end of the normal range. I liked that this product only requires 1 pill per day. Beverly International requires 3 pills, twice per day. I have to retake labs again in 6 months, so I am contemplating whether I will stick with this brand or return back to the Beverly International brand.

Puts pep in my step!
I haven’t taken this supplement in a while and started on a diet and figured that it might help with weight loss. Not holding my breath on the weight loss, but, do like the “pep in my step” as I noticed a huge difference in my energy level on Day 1. On week days I am up at 4:45 am and by 8:00 pm I am exhausted. Generally, I am dragging from about 5:00 pm onward. I noticed that I was still pretty alert and realized that putting together my food for the next day’s lunch or taking a shower hadn’t seemed to be that big of a chore. I have also had my DHEA level tested in the past and it was in the basement. I am post menopausal, on natural HRT for estrogen, progesterone and thyroid.

Waste of money
I took 1 pill in the afternoon, felt maybe a small boost for about 4 hours. That night I got a bad headache. Then the next morning, I woke up and was easily enraged! For no apparent reason. Thought I was just having a really bad morning, then in the afternoon I took 1 pill, recieved another headache and by dinnertime I had broken out with hives on my neck! I have not had hives since I was a kid. The next morning, I woke up extremely enraged again! Very unusual. I havnt taken any since, still dealing with the hives, although it’s slowly going away. The next morning, and ever since, I have not experienced anymore rage incidents. Maybe I’m just sensitive, and needed to start out with the 25mg capsules, but I’m not going to risk it. Waste of $170! For reference, I’m a 41 year old woman.
