Itâs HUGE and stays warm all night
This is my third purchase of the Pure Enrichment heat pads. This review is of the 20âx24â heat pad. Itâs super soft and very flexible, so you can wrap it around a knee, arm, or your side. They are absolutely the best- easy to wash and have multiple settings on the easy to read controller including a âstay onâ button. The first one I got a couple years ago and works like it was just taken out of the box, even after multiple washings and lots of use! So, I can at least say my first one has lasted over 2 years.The cord is extra long, so no extension cord is needed. They come in different sizes and colors and I also have bought my third one which is 12â x 24â. Best value for a high quality heating pad that is designed thoughtfully. The blinking light is an easy fix, just unplug and let it rest for a while, then it works just fine again for me. If you have a problem, their customer service is spot on- just reach out to them. They are awesome.Others have fallen short and donât hold up, Iâve had other brands and this one is the best.

Love the size!
This heating pad is wonderful. Because of the size, it can cover large areas. It is easy to control the temperature and has the option of an automatic shut off after 2 hours. The cover is soft to the touch making it comfortable to use.

Wonderfully large!!
This heating pad is really great! It covers a larger area than the heating pad I currently have, heats up quickly, has eight heat settings, and will not turn off automatically unless you want it to. Plus, it doesn’t slide off my feet and legs which are the areas I most need extra warmth. I love it!!

Good but not as warm
It’s a good product and I use it alot but my older one got alot warmer then this one which sucks for the price but it’s better then sunbeam brand. It’s big just how I like it to be in size

Large heating pad
Lovely even heat in a heating pad that is large enough to be practical. The soft, textured cover is very pleasant. The heat is even throughout the whole pad. No hot spots. I love this pad!

Pure Enrichment Heating Pad
This is the second Pure Enrichment heating pad I have purchased of the same model. The first one finally died after years. I unfortunately had not registered it and donât remember how long I owned it but I loved it.. so purchased the same one again. Itâs comfortable and works very well. This time I registered it to have the warranty. I highly recommend this heating pad.

Great product when working but dies easily in short time
Normally this company provides a great product that gets to a higher degree of heat more than others but my past and current experience is that their heating pads don’t keep working in all areas for very long which is very upsetting because this is a product I really need almost every day for my back. I bought this current one July 2024, and I noticed in December 2024 there were areas that would not work; and today in January 2025, there is only one very small section of this very large heating pad that does actually warm up. Today, I have requested, by way of email, for a replacement; and in the past this company has been very good with their customer service regarding such issues; and I am really hoping they have not changed that high level of service to a lower standard and refuse to help me this time. I will update this review with what they do, if they reply to me. **UPDATE: THEY SAY BECAUSE I HAD ALLOWED THE HEATING PAD TO BE PUT UNDERNEATH ME OR I HAD LAID ON THE HEATING PAD AT ALL, IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THEIR WARRANTY; HOWEVER, THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY DO PROVIDE, SENT ME A NEW HEATING PAD AS A ONE TIME COURTESY. I RECOMMEND THIS HEATING PAD THROUGH THIS COMPANY BUT JUST BE CAREFUL SINCE THE HEATING PAD SEEMS TO TOO EASILY STOP WORKING IN AREAS IF THERE IS ANY PRESSURE ON IT (WHICH TO ME IS NOT RIGHT, MEANING IT IS NOT BUILT VERY WELL, BUT BETTER THAN OTHERS STILL). THIS PAD GETS HOTTER THAN MOST, WHICH I REALLY LIKE AND NEED.

Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it’s functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it’s no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product
