Slow progress but working
I’ve been on this supplement for about a month now and have lost about 4 lbs. My diet and physical routine have not changed so I believe I can contribute this to the BHB. I hope to know more with my next bottle. It may take more time to get the results I’m looking for so will reserve final judgement but so far feel good about my results. I’ve been living a ketogenic lifestyle, now, for a year. Finding this supplemental product as an alternative to drinking AVC was the top of my list. Additionally, to the added herbal extracts to support energy and ketosis. Make no mistake, staying in ketosis can only be facilitated by a consistent practice of low carb lifestyle, but as with any lifestyle there are days you may want to enjoy a slight indulgence, therefore having these supplements on deck makes it easier to kickstart the process of ketosis quicker. Something worth noting is these were quite easy on my stomach even if I didn’t eat within the instructed 20-30 min timeframe, though I always made a concerted effort. Overall, I will continue to use this product for a while.
