Decent, But Not a Game-Changer
I’ve been using the “Purely Optimal Keto BHB Exogenous Ketones Supplement” for a few days now, and while it’s decent, it hasn’t been a game-changer for me. The capsules are easy to take, and I did notice a slight increase in energy, but it’s not as significant as I hoped. It helped a bit with maintaining ketosis, but the effects were subtle. For the price, I expected a more noticeable difference in my energy levels and appetite suppression. It’s an okay supplement, but there are other options out there that might offer more bang for your buck. I’ll finish the bottle, but I’m not sure if I’ll repurchase it.
