The mobile phone and the lamp head will exchange information with the router (or anywhere with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi) through the cloud server. Therefore, please ensure that the lamp head is installed near the router (or anywhere with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi), so as not to affect the eWeLink APP control information transmission
Support 2.4Ghz Transmitter Control
1. For the remote control, please add pairing through the eWeLink APP. One lamp head can accommodate up to 32 sets of remote controls.

Much better than expected, ordering again
Have been using these a few weeks for lamps in our bedroom and they work great. They were easy to connect and setup, they’ve stayed connected, and they activate with Google home very very fast. Way better than the old eufy one we have in the living room, and in fact I’m back here ordering a second set to replace that.

Worst Ever
Not only do you have to use the ewelink app. The thing wouldn’t even connect to Wi-Fi even confirming it was only 2.4gh, and when i did finally get it connected to Wi-Fi, would only stay connected intermittently. I am strongly considering returning this item, not worth the price.
