Healing my brain & body

Okay, so the stars are mainly for the flavor. I mixed the berry flavor with plain water and thought it was delicious. This was approximately 7:30 pm. By 8:30 I was comatose on the couch and couldnât wake up enough to go to bed until around 5:30 am. I had no trouble getting back to sleepâ¦. And thatâs when the dreams kicked in.First I was hanging out with rich, famous and deceased basketball players and their children (rip Kobe)â¦. And somehow that lead me into co-writing âWhy I did itâ with OJ. I mean wTF. Btw, OJ had me sign a contract that the book couldnât be released until after Goldman/Brown families are gone so that his children could get the money.Not an author, not a basketball fan, not a fan of not being able to stand upâ¦. And stay the f out of my dreams oj. With that being said. The flavor is good. The effects are not for me. And the pricing seems really high. I can legally go buy pot where I live and itâs cheaper and does the same thing.

One of My Favorite Staples
I have been using this product for years and am a customer of Recess Mood Powder for life as long as they keep everything the same. I have a lot of food allergies and allergies to ingredients used commonly in supplements. This product and specifically the lemon and passionfruit flavor has remained safe for me to use. The flavor is light but very pleasant. I enjoy mixing it with Ultima Electrolyte Lemon power flavor using one small scoop from each product in 8 oz of water. The combination is like a blast of hydration and flavor. It is very calming without making one feel drowsy. I generally drink the mixture 3 times a day. I highly recommend this to others.

Not worth it
It was OK there was no change in mood whatsoever. Not that I really expected that anyways the flavors are OK. The lemon one is actually probably the best one and the berry one starts to become gaggy after about 6 ounces of water.I wonât buy againIâm glad I got the powder instead of the cans I wouldâve been out another $15 itâs not worth the money on either one, powder or cans

Allergic reaction
I really liked this product. The hydration and sleep help were great. Unfortunately everytime I drink it my throat feels tight and the palms of my hands get itchy. Pretty sure I’m allergic to something in the ingredients. ð¥º
